Amazing location wonderful room staff were very helpful. The room opened up straight onto the pool.
The pool and sun loungers could have been cleaner. The sun lounges were mouldy. And there were cockroaches by the poolside.
Staff is very very rude. Not helpful , not attentive. We had breakfast included and she said No breakfast. When I showed her, then she was like but time is passed. Most ridiculous place I have ever stayed. Rooms are ugly like many things in this facility…
