Wonderful staff, exceptional stay.
Pros:

I like that it is near the Tram and Ferry. There is also a view of the water. The staff are great and was all corteous and helpful. Breakfast every morning is delicious. Special mention to Juliana Nueca who was very welcoming, answered all our questions, suggested places to visit and eat, and made sure we have everything that we need in the room.

It met my expectations, I slept very well cause the bed was really soft, the breakfast was the best!
Pros:

The breakfast, the bars, the lounge area, the bed and the rooftop terrace. The staff were also great. I ate the best bugger on earth.

Cons:

The room was tiny. The view of some ugly buildings. The window that couln't be opened.

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Service. Wir waren schon das 2. Mal dort. Tiefgarage im Haus, kostet allerdings. Beim Frühstück Spitzenzeiten vermeiden. Frühzeitig buchen.
