Do not stay here
Cons:

Only changed sheets once in a week, had to keep asking for stuff like toilet roll and tea etc. Hotel take €100 ‘deposit’ off you at check in, 4 weeks later I have still not received this ‘deposit’ back even though the hotel claim they have sent it to me.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

The problems started the moment we arrived. The hostess at reception was surprisingly rude and unfriendly, constantly rolling her eyes for no apparent reason. I’ve honestly never experienced such a hostile welcome at a hotel before.

The room view was another disappointment. The photos used for advertising looked nothing like reality. Instead of the beautiful views shown online, our room overlooked a construction site. For €600 for 4 nights, I would expect at least basic amenities such as bathrobes and slippers, but neither were provided.

The soundproofing was terrible. Every night there were constant noises that made it difficult to sleep and properly rest during our vacation.

The rooftop pool looked attractive in pictures, but the water was so cold that swimming was practically impossible.

The location was also a major drawback. The area felt provincial and lifeless. It is neither as beautiful and charming as Valletta, nor does it offer the nightlife and atmosphere of St Julian’s l. There was simply nothing happening around us.

Honestly, almost everything about this hotel was disappointing. Between the misleading room photos, rude staff, poor sleep quality, lack of amenities, cold pool, and uninspiring location, this stay fell far below expectations.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn’t want to risk ruining their vacation.

Lovely Hotel with Lovely Staff
Pros:

We were greeted by friendly staff upon our arrival. Luckily for us we were able to check in slightly earlier which was great. There was a really lovely clean smell throughout the whole building. The room itself was fab! Very clean, comfortable bed and kitchen area was well equipped. Housekeeping called daily (the gentleman was lovely.) The rooftop pool was great, plenty of sun beds and parasols and the view was absolutely incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool, sauna and steam room too and the gym looked great (although we did not make use of the gym this time! ;D) The laundry room and waste disposal rooms on each floor was very handy too. We will definitely be returning in the near future and have recommended this hotel to several people already!

Cons:

Location was a tad out of the way from the main area. We definitely got our ‘steps in’ every day! The nearby streets leading up to the hotel were a little ‘rundown.’

Mit Kleinkindern, würden wir dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen
Pros:

Positiv an diesem Hotel:
- die Größe unseres Zimmers
- Zimmer war sauber und wir hatten mit unseren zwei Kleinkindern genügend Platz
- ein männlicher Hotelangestellter an der Rezeption und die ältere Dame beim Frühstück waren sehr nett
- die Pools waren sauber und von der Terrasse auf dem Dach hatte man einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen
- es war kein Problem eine halbe Stunde später auszuchecken
- rund um das Hotel viele Restaurant/ Shops
- Gefrühstückt haben wir einmal im Hotel, das wir in Ordnung, nichts besonderes, aber jeder hat etwas gefunden

Negativ:
- Das Hotelpersonal an der Rezeption (bis auf eine Ausnahme).
Vor allem die Damen, waren weder besonders freundlich, noch hilfsbereit.
Unsere kleine Tochter klemmte sich an der unmöglichen Drehtür am Eingang den Fuß ein, aber keiner der drei! Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption kam uns zu Hilfe. Sie haben einfach nur zugesehen.
Ebenso halfen sie uns kaum mit den Kinderwägen an der seitlichen Eingangstür. Es wurde uns immer nur zugesehen, wie wir mit der schweren Tür zu kämpfen hatten.
- Es wird nur jeden vierten Tag das gesamte Apartment gereinigt.
Fanden wir persönlich zu wenig, da kleine Kinder Sand etc. vom Strand mit reinbringen.
- einige kleine Mängel im Apartment, die sich jedoch summieren. (Badtürgriff lose, Schiebetür zum Schlafzimmer ging nur super schwer und laut, Klima bläst nur sehr kalt im Schlafzimmer, auch bei niedriger Stufe….)
- Zimmer ist nicht sehr gut isoliert, abends war es oft von draußen sehr laut.
- Indoor Pool, darf mit Kindern nur bis 14:00 Uhr genutzt werden

Przeciętny hotel w urokliwym miejscu
Pros:

Basen , który był dostępny dla gości. Byliśmy tylko na dachu ponieważ ten kryty, dla rodzin a konkretnie dzieci jest dostępny tylko do 14 godziny. Standard pokoju

Cons:

Ściany w hotelu bardzo cienkie, słychać rozmowy i nie tylko innych gości. Ręczniki mimo tego iż wymieniane śmierdziały stęchlizną. Mieszkając na 10 piętrze ekipa sprzątająca basen, który jest piętro wyżej, rozpoczęła swoją pracę ok 22:40. A na koniec depozyt w wysokości 100 euro, dowiadujesz się o nim w wiadomości wysłanej przez hotel

Proche du bus du port et de toutes les attractions de Sliema ! La chambre était spacieuse coin kitchenette parfait !
Le côté spa et bien être est top ! La piscine en rooftop offre une belle vue sur la Valette et le port ! Le personnel est agréable ! Je recommande !

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Hôtel très moderne avec tout le confort de cette catégorie. Chambre spacieuse avec balcon, excellente literie, kitchenette pratique et bien équipée, avec les éléménts de 1ere nécessité. La salle de bain est top. L'hôtel est situé à Gzira avec accès très proche du front de mer et je vous conseille la ballade par les marinas vers La Valette (1h). Des arrêts de bus partout. Piscine couverte, sauna et exceptionnel rooftop avec vue magnifique. Personnel à l'écoute et disponible. Restaurants et nombreux commerce ouverts très tard le soir, partout. La vielle ville est à voir

La vue arrière sur des constructions mais c'est un peu le cas partout, Malte est en pleine évolution
