お部屋は快適
Pros:

部屋の広さはちょうどよく、動線も悪くないです。お部屋のタオルや食器類は豊富で、インルームダイニングも時間通りに温かくそれなりのレベルで提供されて快適に過ごしました。清掃も素早く綺麗です。

Cons:

ロンドンのランガムをイメージしましたが、印象としては小さなお子様連れ家族をメインターゲットにされている印象を受けました。パブリックスペースでは棲み分けもされませんので、ゲスト同士が気を回さなければならない場面が多い印象です。
また、屋外プールでは飲食物が食べ散らかされたカオスな状況に何度か遭遇しました。

Very Disappointed with the Langham hotel experience
Pros:

Location on the beach

Cons:

No place for clothes for several day stay. Wardrobe in bathroom.
Automatic blinds closed at inconvenient times leaving us in the dark. Ditto for the automatic lights which turned off when you didn't expect them to.
View impeded by an enclosed verandah with very dirty windows. Photos were impossible.
Parking wasted an hour of our time looking for a place. Very lucky we found a park in the street. Had to go out late at night to bring the car in when a place became available. What a waste of holiday time.
One lift kept closing quickly - as soon as it opened.
No tea available in room.
A small but significant point was that the TV on a special timber board wasn't centered.
Sink very low in the bathroom for shaving.

The ammenities, room, staff and vibes were incredible. Will be going back as soon as possible!

Bed was a little firm for my liking but still slept soundly.
