Muy mala, inscípida y cara la comida del restaurante, y el agua de la regadera no se puede regular, aunque todo el personal se portó muy amable

Necesita mas mantenimiento, se nota la edad y hay que remozar detalles. Checar las pilas de los controles antes de darlas al huesped. No pude ver el juego de Mexico por las pilas.

El concepto de hotel está muy bien.
Pero pésimo servicio del restaurante, recepción no informa horarios no reviso falta de toallas, jabón, wifi.
No hay teléfono y no puedes comunicarte con la recepción para darle tus inquietudes, falta de personal y los que están con mala actitud.

La ubicación me encantó pues está a 2 cuadras del centro de Tlalpan y es un lugar hermoso y muy tranquilo

Beautiful grounds and great location in downtown Tlalpan with refurbished dorm room accommodations.
Pros:

The grounds are beautiful and the location in downtown Tlalpan is excellent. Free parking is a big plus. The hotel was previously a seminary, so most rooms are like dorm rooms, with individual bathrooms. Apart from the original mansion, the newer parts (which were the seminary) look to have been constructed in the 1960s.

Cons:

The carpet in our room was worn and dirty. The bedspread had stains on it. We left after an hour. The management did refund our payment; I give them credit for that.

Pagué cuatro noches y solo me quedé tres

Reservé del día 10 de noviembre al 14 de noviembre pero mi salida era el 13 y antes de entrar pedí al recepcionista la corrección no me la quiso realizar y tuve que pagar cuatro noches cuando solo me quedé tres

La atención del personal. Siguen sin poder enviarme mi factura y dicen que tardan una semana en enviarla.

Cons:

Había partidos de fútbol al lado de la recámara desde las 7 am, lo cual si buscas un descanso no es un lugar recomendable. Los colchones podrían ser mejores Pero se nota que están remodelando el lugar
