Pros:

Комфортабельный отель с очень отзывчивым персоналом. Все вопросы решались оперативно и регулярная уборка номера - это круто! Рядом остановка, если надо куда поехать на автобусе и круглосуточный ларек, где есть всё. А самое главное - это наличие рядом кафе с самыми лучшими семитами в Турции. Кухня имеется, плита газовая. Готовили сами, все удобно.

Cons:

Разве что малое количество посуды и тесный санузел, но это мелочи по сравнению с общим впечатлением об отеле.

Достаточно Близко к морю, на этом плюсы заканчиваются.
Pros:

Да, действительно отель располагается достаточно близко к пляжу, пешком минут 10, не в горку, дорога ровная, очень удобно. Пляж хороший оборудованный, есть много платных, есть бесплатная территория. Рядом с пляжем кофейня где вкусное кофе и еда. В номере есть балкон и сушилка для белья. За доп плату организовали трансфер из аэропорта.

Cons:

Персонал не говорит на русском, на Английском разговаривает два молодых человека на ресепшен, другие два только на турецком, приходилось общаться через переводчик. Далее, что нас ввело в шок сразу по приезду, это то, что нам предложили доплатить за номер на верхнем этаже, ну полный абсурд, если есть номера почему бы просто не разместить там гостей, если номера пустуют, с чего вдруг за это нужно доплачивать? Следующий момент который разочаровал– это уборка номеров, она просто не осуществляется, если не попросить, нам приходилось при уходе на пляж просить убрать номер на третий день, так как первые два дня не убирались, тоже самое и с пополнением запасов мыльных принадлежностей, Полотенцев и воды, всё приходилось выпрашивать на ресепшен, но там тоже не всегда можно было застать персонал, часто там никого не было, и приходилось ждать. Да, отель бюджетный, но всё же можно подключить этот минимальный сервис. До приезда в Анталию были в Стамбуле в отеле ещё дешевле, чем этот, но там абсолютно не возникло таких проблем, как здесь. Вода в душе на первом этаже идет с перебоями, то ледяная, то кипяток, унитаз прям рядом с душем, что тоже не особо удобно, так как после принятия душа всё было мокрое, бумагу приходилось каждый раз убирать подальше, чтобы не намокла. В общем очень вялая троечка, желаем отелю исправить эти минусы и тогда будет достаточно хорошо.

Хороший, бюджетный отель.
Pros:

Отличное местоположение, 5 минут до моря. Были в середине июля, море чистое, теплое и спокойное.
Рядом много кафешек и ресторанов на любой вкус и кошелек. В номере все необходимое есть, чисто.
Расселили раньше времени, бесплатно.

Cons:

Очень маленькая душевая кабина и в целом сама душевая комната с туалетом, еле повернуться можно, но не страшно.

Nichts erwähnen Wertes.

Cons:

Fast alles, schlimm war das Frühstück wir haben es abbestellt und sind draußen Frühstücken gegangen .Es war kein offenes Buffet .Die haben selbst ein Teller vorbereitet [ sehr mangelhaft ].

Cons:

Застиранное и рваное постельное белье. За 9 ночей пребывания ни разу не менялось постельное белье, сантехника не мылась. Туалетную бумагу и мыло пришлось выпрашивать. Уборка формальная.

Price-worthy
Pros:

It was near the Konyaalti Beach. Staff are very friendly and nice. Tea, coffee and drinks are available at the ground floor. The kitchen utensils were full and clean. ACs are powerfull and make the room cold in some minutes.
A balcony with a view to the sea. The area is quiet enough. There are restaurants and bakeries in one-minute-distance to the hotel.

Cons:

- Problems with the "bathroom warm water" was very annoying! Everytime in bath, we needed more than 15 minutes to adjust the water faucet "nanometrically"! Otherwise it was wieder too HOT or too COLD. Furthermore, the bathroom is only around 70x70 cm which is definitely small for some people :)
- Electricity problem: during our stay (11 days), we had power outage 3 times between 8 to 16. The problem was general in the destrict, but there was no generators or emergency power source!
- Just one time in evening when we were back from day trip, there was a half-dead cockroach in our room which was a terrible experience for our kid.
- The apartments with kitchen are located at the last floor and there are no elevators, so it might be a little bit difficult to go up and down several times during the day, but not a big deal!

Good value for money
Pros:

The location was great, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable, and the wall-mounted hairdryer could use an update. However, when I mentioned it to the receptionist, he kindly provided me with another hairdryer to use.

Pros:

У меня был номер с кухней, все работало хорошо.

Cons:

Не понравилось что поломанное кресло кровать стояло разобрано все мое пребывание, хотя в первый день обещали починить и убрать.

Pros:

Расположение очень удобное. Близко к остановке общественного транспорта, магазинам, кафе , чуть подальше до рынка по пятницам. Море тоже недалеко, это было очень важно.

Cons:

Пешком на 4 этаж по нескольку раз в день, нет крышек для кастрюль, нет стиральной машины, нет балкона, хотя был заявлен.
