Could do better but great location wise!

Loved the smart tv and whole kitchen utilities

Cons:

There should be at least a booklet inside the room regarding what to do in an emergency? Or even what time housekeeping etc was or if there was housekeeping it felt quite disorganised especially for a '4 star hotel' whaaa. The location is fantastic but reminder there is literally no staff on check in it's self service from the front door. Also the quilt had no cover on it but they did provide extra blanket inside each room with a heater!

Overall cleanliness was not bad! However the toilet sink kept not draining and when I looked I could see all the gunk underneath the sink filter that wasn't cleaned ...

It was above the pub

Cons:

No staff. Keyless entry. And very noisy late at night. Need to insulate the windows against noise

Could have been so much better.
Pros:

Location, historic building, comfortable bed with nice clean linen.

Cons:

There was a very dirty towel left hanging in the bathroom, and leftover food and drink in the fridge.
The bedside lights are too dim and one wasn’t working at all, so there was no way to read apart from using the strong overhead light. I emailed the hosts but didn’t receive a response.

Milton stay
Pros:

Great position and very roomy

Cons:

There were a lot of stairs to climb and a saw an elderly couple struggling with their bags so I think it would be good if this was mentioned in their listing.

Great ,except for no bath towel

The only problem was I didn't get a towel ,had to dry myself with a hand towel 🙄
