Pros:

El Palazzo es hermoso, las habitaciones son super bonitas, no hay 2 iguales. La hospitalidad y amabilidad de la propietaria, nos explicó todo con sumo detalle, nos recomendó un excelente restaurante para cenar. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Totalmente recomendable

Paramos aquí haciendo la Vía de Francesco, todo estuvo muy bien, pero sobre todo el trato de Ilenia que nos hizo sentir en casa, un ser especial que te regala el camino 🥰

Un antico palazzo che ci parla di storia
Pros:

L'hotel è situato all'interno delle mura di Trevi, a pochi passi dal centro. E' un palazzo antico che ci parla di storia e di tempi passati. Arredato con mobili antichi ed oggettistica di gran pregio e gusto risulta affascinante anche solo a guardarlo. Le camere ( una tripla ed una matrimoniale) sono ampie e spaziose. La colazione non ha molta scelta, ma i prodotti sono ottimi (buonissimo il cappuccino!). La signora Ilenia può sembrare scostante ed un pò fredda, ma è solo apparenza; in realtà è stata con noi gentilissima e con il suo compagno si sono prodigati per risolvere un problema di cui ci siamo accorti dopo la nostra partenza ( dalla stazione, infatti, non ci sono taxi che portano in paese ed anche gli autobus sono pochissimi!!!!!)
Purtroppo, i giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato a Trevi sono stati tra i più caldi di tutta l'estate e nelle camere ( specialmente la matrimoniale) c'era un pò caldo perchè i condizionatori non possono istallarli, ma con il ventilatore siamo comunque riusciti a dormire bene.

Affermare che la nostra esperienza all'hotel Natalini è stata meravigliosa potrebbe essere riduttivo,la signora Ilenia merita veramente una nota speciale sopratutto per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità,ma anche per la gestione,il gusto e l'accuratezza dei particolari ,la nostra camera era un opera d'arte ,ampia e ,pulitissima come anche il bagno!!La terrazza un oasi di pace e serenità impreziosita da ulivi ,rose ,glicini e altre ancora,il tutto ad un rapporto qualità prezzo direi piu che buono. Colaziione molto gradita!Grazie Ilenia!!!!!

Historic but hot
Pros:

This hotel is in an historic building within the medieval walls of Trevi, and a short walk from the main sights, bars and restaurants. The building itself is attractive and there's a terrace where you can sit outside. The ceilings are high, and there's some interesting old furniture and art.. There is a lift to take baggage upstairs (the stairs are rather steep).

Cons:

Unfortunately the hotel does not cope at all well with hot weather. A single fan can't keep a room cool enough for a good night's sleep. The hotel lift is definitely due for replacement; this is a safety issue and the hotel is not suitable for anyone with a disability. A thing that was slightly strange was the 'welcome leaflet' in the room which really was not very welcoming - it was essentially a list of rules and costs for extras.

Tornassi a Trevi proverei altra struttura ma consiglierei questa ad un’amico

Struttura fantastica la signora che si occupa delle pulizie delle stanze è fantastica poiché attenta anche alle piccole cose

Cons:

L’ultimo giorno alla colazione c’era una ragazza, no bene, la proprietaria è una brava persona ma l’abbiamo vista poco, solo all’arrivo.

Palazzo storico , terrazzino molto bello, posizione ottima, colazione varia.

Cons:

In agosto nella camera che ha una finestra che dà sul chiostro interno si sente il caldo nonostante i ventilatori. Sicuramente il problema nelle altre stagioni non c'è.

Cons:

Tuve una muy mala experiencia con el alojamiento, tenía una reserva para un tipo de habitación y en cambio me alojaron en otra de inferior categoría, cuando fui a reclamar a recepción, su respuesta fue que no era su culpa y que era un error de Booking que si tenía un problema que hablará con ellos.Explique el problema a la plataforma pero no tuve respuesta.
Al día siguiente todo eran malas caras en el desayuno y al fin cuando le fui a devolver la llave, empezó a increparme y hablarme de malas formas hasta llegarme a tirar del establecimiento porque según decía la plataforma de Booking no le pagaría nuestra estancia
La verdad nos arruinaron la estancia y el trato por parte de los empleados del alojamiento deplorable , nunca me habían tratado tan mal
Un "0" para el personal

Pros:

La proprietaria e tutto il personale sono molto gentili ed amichevoli. La struttura è molto bella essendo un edificio storico, molto carino anche il terrazzo con i tavolini. La colazione è soddisfacente. La pozione buona a due passi dalla piazza centrale.

Cons:

L’unica pecca è la mancanza del condizionatore che purtroppo non può essere installato a causa dei vincoli strutturali essendo un edificio storico.
