Lovely place and town, friendly staff.
Pros:

Amazing location, great views, nice rooms, the owner was a delight. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Would love to come back in non-summer months

Cons:

Rooms were stuffy without air conditioning and one room on reservation didn’t have a fan.
Dog barking next door :-(

Pros:

Beautiful property in a good location. Our room was comfortable and cleaned daily. There is free on-street parking nearby. Trevi is very beautiful and worth visiting.

Cons:

There is little sound insulation in the rooms, no mosquito nets at the windows, the road outside and people returning late can be noisy. There was a wider selection of breakfast food at the weekend. Do not recommend asking for an americano at breakfast time as this tasted like instant coffee. No air-conditioning in our room.

Al momento della prenotazione abbiamo chiesto se la struttura aveva un locale per lasciare.le biciclette di notte, ci era stato detto che avrebbero trovato una sistemazione, infatti gentilmente su indicazione della titolare le abbiamo lasciate nella sala dove veniva servita la colazione, ma la cosa ha infastidito la titolare rinfacciandoci la loro presenza

Buen lugar, para seguir la Via de Francisco hacia Asis.
Pros:

La ubicacion del hotel es muy buena. Llegamos en tren, y no sabiamos que la estacion estaba en la zona baja de Trevi. Para llegar al hotel, si bien no es lejos, la subida es imposible de hacer con maleta. Tuvimos la suerte que Sara, personal del hotel, nos fue a buscar, ya que no habia otra forma de llegar.

Hotel molto bello a due minuti dal centro storico
Pros:

La stanza davvero bella e soprattutto fresca, con questo caldo è stata una mano santa!

Cons:

Le porte un po' rumorose quando si chiudono (per chiuderle senza far rumore bisognava inserire la chiave e girare il chiavistello), tutti però le sbattevano. Mancava anche il cartellino da attaccare alla porta con su scritto "do not disturb", per due volte quasi ci sono imboccate in camera le signore delle pulizie mentre stavamo dormendo... Colpa anche mia che non ho avvertito in reception.

Pessima esperienza, dopo essere arrivato in struttura ho dovuto attendere 30 minuti davanti alla reception, con la porta chiusa, sotto al sole. Prima che qualcuno si degnasse di ricevermi. Più che un hotel sembra un B&B in una zona storica di Trevi. Dopo le varie suonate di campanello, e chiamate, è arrivata una ragazzina che mi ha aperto il portone con una sua chiave per poi accompagnarmi alla camera (in puro stile B&B). Una volta arrivati alla camera ho annullato la prenotazione. Un forno. 30 gradi. Pur avendo anticipato il mio arrivo, la camera non era stata raffreddata a dovere come viene fatto di consueto. Aria condizionata inesistente (per vincoli ambientali a detta della ragazza). In camera c’era solo un vecchio ventilatore che a malapena avrebbe raffreddato l’ingresso della camera. Per la cifra pagata sicuramente ci sono alternative migliori a Trevi.
