Ubicación. Iluminación, tamaño del baño. La atención de Kimmie impecable, la única de todo el recinto con entendimiento de la atención al cliente.
No tenía vista a nada, todo el tiempo con luz artificial. El aseo no era bien realizado. Ruidosa. Se escuchaba todo lo que sucedía en el segundo piso, pisadas, portazos, arrastre de muebles, entre otros ruidos. Nadie me entrego información turística o importante de mi alrededor, todo lo fui averiguando sola.
La amabilidad de la gente que nos recibe, muy atentos en todo omento a lo que necesitábamos, la ubicación espectacular, las instalaciones muy comodas

Excellent service! The team was extremely responsive, helpful, and proactive throughout our stay, always communicating in a warm and friendly manner. Comfortable bed. The location is wonderful, with multiple excellent restaurants within walking distance. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend it! Good value for the price!
O estilo colonial, super amoroso e prático.
A "praia" do hotel, o acesso aos dois quartos (2.2 e 2.3) do 1º andar é inacreditável, um potencial enorme para acidentes, principalmente quando tínhamos no nosso grupo 3 pessoas com mais de 70 anos. Muito mau mesmo.
Duas baratas no quarto do 1º andar e a justificação que com o calor é mesmo assim. Não é.
A política de cobrarem 10$/hora/quarto para early check-in e late check-out é muito má. Se o quarto não está vendido a ninguém a seguir, e se estamos a falar de mais 1 ou 2 horas, o serviço ao cliente do hotel devia levar a melhor.

De inrichting en vooral het huisje zelf. Houd er wel rekening mee dat het naast een cafe met live muziek ligt.
Het systeem om de deur met een QR code te openen werkte verre van vlekkeloos. Het duurde soms beta lang voordat we eindelijk binnen waren

Quarto péssimo, mofado, banheiro divido em 3 partes e comodos, sem box, chuveiri não esquenta, wifi horrivel, escadas ingremes , nao tem recepçao
Ubicación top, a una cuadra de la calle de los bares, pero con tranquilidad absoluta. El hotel tiene una pequeña playa privada que me pareció cómoda. Personal muy amable y servicial. En el lobby hay una nevera con bebidas y algunos snacks que es una opción práctica para no tener que salir del hotel a ciertas horas.
Me quedé en la habitación superior, en el ático. Había olores desagradables en la habitación en ciertos momentos del día, como si vinieran de las habitaciones inferiores. Lo que me pareció realmente inexplicable es que la ducha no tenga ninguna división. Ni una cortina, ni mucho menos una puerta, nada. Está al lado de la cama y es completamente abierta. Se puede prestar para situaciones extremadamente incómodas si no hay absoluta confianza entre los que se hospeden en la habitación.
Wynwood@ sea heeft een fantastische ligging! Direct aan zee, midden in het centrum van Pietermaai met een eigen stadsstrandje en een heerlijk balkon. In de buurt zijn volop leuke restaurants, beachclubs en andere boetiekjes. Je loopt zo het centrum van Punda in, met de lokale markt en Plasa Bieu. Door de ligging direct aan zee toch rustig, geen geluidsoverlast en een heerlijk verkoelende wind. Bounty strand Avila (day pass verkrijgbaar) is op 10 min lopen. Het karakteristieke pand ademt Curacao uit, zeer sfeervol met knipoog opgeknapt. De suite “op zolder” -kamer 6.6- was lekker ruim, heeft uitzicht op zowel de stad als de zee. Enorm vriendelijk personeel, goed bereikbaar via whatsapp, ze denken met je mee. Bedankt voor het heerlijke verblijf!
Als je voor high end perfecte afwerking gaat moet je bij een duurder hotel in de buurt zijn, daar betaal je dan ook voor. Krakende oude vloeren, scheef plintje heeft voor mij juist de charme.
