Double Bed/ King Bed
Pros:

The staff was very nice. I reserved a Double Bed but was given a King Bed. We made it worked but other than that the stay was nice.

Nothing!!!!! Terrible hotel.

Cons:

They canceled my reservation at 2:47pm on the arrival date. This is crazy. Full of lies.
I came to check in at 3pm, they told me my booking was canceled. They sent email at 2:47pm. Check in time is 3pm. Very last min. And they don't tell me why. They hide their mistakes ( probably over booking)

It feels like you are actually staying at a condo. Very nice, convenient and comfortable.
Our favorite is the spacious rooms, and pets are welcome.

Horrible
Cons:

When I first got there, everything looked to be OK, but there was a very bad odor in the room. I asked for some air freshener spray and got past that the same night later I took a shower and the whole entire bathroom floor filled with water I had to clean that all up with towels the next day I asked for them to come and clean it. They did not have anybody available. Also did not have any more towels. I paid a lot of money to take my son on this graduation trip and the hotel experience made it all pretty horrible. I then had to check out because they only had another room available. That had a patch in the tub and I would have to leave that room the next morning or hotel 40 minutes away. This was a very bad experience.

Best Stay Always.
Pros:

It’s our favorite property to visit. San Antonio is a pretty big city and we enjoy our stay at StayApt.

Honestly it was a false advertisement...
No pool.
The beds are NOT comfortable at all my back was killing me. The bed covers are no good. My room was not clean at its best....I had to clean it.
My shower was broken....
