Pros:

We were not told that we had to ask for our room to be made up on our second day. This needs to be communicated at the front desk when you check in.

Great place for a stopover
Pros:

The whole experience was excellent. A nice modern hotel with good facilities.
Good size bathroom with walk in shower.
Comfortable bed and nice sheets.

I think that it would’ve been a lot better had he changed our room

The breakfast was ok,

Cons:

Ok so when we got there everything seemed great, then the air conditioner started running, and it was very loud making a banging noise, which then kept us up all night. So we didn’t have a good sleep at all.
We had complained to the front desk manager, and he came upstairs to check it out. It had not kicked in yet, but he did not change us rooms. There was a lot of vacancies so it wouldn’t have been a problem.
Then we talked to someone in the next day. He was very apologetic and didn’t understand why that the night guy did not change our room.
I come from the city to visit my family quite frequent and would like to continue staying at this hotel, but was very disappointed the last time with noise.
