Great Value. Great Staff. Great Breakfast. Great Location.

I spent five nights here. This is an excellent hotel overall. The airport transfer was seamless. The staff was very professional and helpful. The lines of communication were well above average. The breakfast was far better than I would have expected. The location is excellent. The air conditioner worked well. The shower and hot water were very good. The bed was within range. It's near everything you might need (restaurants, ATMs, upscale supermarket, etc.) I would happily stay here again without thinking twice.

Cons:

Having spent years reading reviews, I can tell you that some people might take issue with the carpets in the room, which have reached the end of their usable life. Also, the walls are little thin, so you might need to drown out the mild disruption with an app that generates background noise. The electricity went out briefly when I was in the elevator, and I was trapped in the dark for a few minutes. After that incident, I opted for the stairs.

Everything, especially the kind staff on reception( Alberto) & many others, all so very helpful, great breakfast included, lovely restaurant with evening meals. Beautiful rooms , comfy beds, crisp white linen, copious steaming hot water & great facilities

Pros:

O café da manhã é simplesmente espetacular! Os funcionários foram super educados e solicitos e o quarto é ótimo, com roupas de cama de banho de qualidade, além de ser muito bem limpo. Super recomendo
