Pros:

I like the room and the hotel itself.

Cons:

My husband and daughter stayed for 3 nights and I booked them from July 8 to 11 because they will arrive late on 9th of July. I booked for family room because I have 2 nephews but they came late they availed only 1 night and they brought their cousin. I talked to the receptionist if they can waived the 1 person even they will not give pillow and blanket because my 2 nephews only arrived on the last day before checked out but they did not allowed it they said we need to pay extra 500 because that is the policy so I told them it's ok I just asked if you could waived or not I will just pay the 500. I was just upset not because I paid 500 extra but because I just ask a little consideration from them because I booked a family room that it is expensive than the other rooms.

Private parking but its first come first serve basis

Cons:

No elevator. So if you have a lot and heavy things its a problem but the staff are very helpful to assist you
