Easy access to transport and halal food.
Pros:

The hotel is strategically located near accessible public transport, and it's not crowded. Very calm and relaxing stay. Just 2 minutes to shin okacimachi station and bus stop. plenty of halal restaurants around. There is coin laundry, water and ice dispenser, and a microwave at ground floor. Plenty of konbinis around as well.

Since, I only needed a night stay at the hotel, I think it worked out fine for me
Pros:

1. Close to Tokyo JR and Metro/ Subway lines
2. Fully functional, well equipped rooms.
3. Hotel also has a quick, self check out machine - drop-key & leave.
4. 7-Eleven, Family Mart and Several Eating joints within walking distance

Cons:

1. Room was very small for big, tall people such as me.
2. Only 1 elevator for a hotel with 15 Floors - It took me nearly 10 minutes to get the elevators
3. No restaurant in the hotel - hence, no breakfast. For 2000K Yen more, I could have found a better hotel, located centrally in Shibuya or Ginza with all amenities.
