The hotel have a coin laundry machine which is very helpful and accessible. The staff were also very accomodating and gave us some things that we requested, i.e, iron machine. They also have a water refill on the first floor as well as ice machine that you can use for free. They are very generous to replace the towels everyday and very systematic on their garbage disposal.
Just surprised that the room were a bit small for a couple plus our luggages. So if you are planning on a short trip only, bring smaller luggages/backpacks. You can always buy extra clothes and wearables in Japan. You can also put your luggages below the bed so you can maximize the room size.
