Schlechte Lage, gutes Frühstück & die schlechtesten Putzkräfte aller Zeiten

Das Zimmer war super, die Betten und die Topper sind so unglaublich gut, dass wir uns den Hersteller geben lassen haben, damit wir diese auch für daheim bestellen. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig

Cons:

Die Putzfrau war über 4 Tage die gleiche und hat Tag für Tag in allen Punkten versagt. Ich hätte sie sofort gefeuert als CEO, unfaßbar! Ich habe tausende von Flügen und sehr viele hochwertige Hotels in meinem Leben hinter mir, aber diese Person grenzte an Arbeitsverweigerung! Duschgel und Schampoo....mit Wasser wahrscheinlich aufgefüllt. Die Toilette? Wurde nie gereinigt (wir haben Tester). Das Bett machen sah jeden Tag so aus, als hätte es ein Blinder ohne Arme gemacht (sorry for that!) und auch sonst ließ die Reinigung zu wünschen übrig. Maximal 2 Minuten Aufwand pro Zimmer, mehr nicht! Und wir hatten zwei auf dem 5. Stockwerk, deswegen wissen wir das! Ach so, natürlich wurde auch noch ein Putzlappen vergessen. Lecker dreckig, super Sache!

Cons:

Lite imøtekommende personalet. Ved spørsmål som omhandlet ønske om dobbelseng i stedet for enkeltsenger, så var det lite velvillighet til å undersøke om det kunne etterkommes. Dernest renhold/ oppredning av seng som tilsa i beste fall, «slurv» om ikke rett og slett dårlig utført arbeid. Oppdaget blod på putevar som er vanskelig å forstå kan komme fra andre enn renhold. Dette innbyr ikke til tillit og velvære.
Frokost grei hvis du kom tidlig. Lite påfyll eller inntrykk av at det det gikk «tomt» av det meste dersom du kom siste time før frokosten ble avsluttet.
