Die Lage, es war nahe am Zentrum.

Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt leider enttäuscht.

Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir ein Zimmer direkt neben der Rezeption und dem Haupteingang. Bereits beim Betreten fiel uns auf, dass es sich um ein barrierefreies Zimmer handelte, das deutlich von den Bildern auf Booking abwich. Insbesondere das Badezimmer entsprach nicht der Beschreibung bzw. den Fotos: Statt einer Dusche mit Glastür gab es lediglich einen Duschvorhang. Zudem gab es in der Dusche keine Ablage für Duschgel oder Shampoo. Eine Regendusche war zwar vorhanden, konnte jedoch nicht genutzt werden.

Das größte Problem war jedoch die Lage des Zimmers. Bereits ab ca. 8:00 Uhr morgens war an Ausschlafen nicht mehr zu denken. Man hörte ständig Gäste beim Ein- und Auschecken, Gespräche an der Rezeption, Geräusche aus der Küche sowie die Kaffeemaschine. Zusätzlich war durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße auch der Verkehr deutlich hörbar. Die Vorhänge verdunkelten das Zimmer zudem kaum, sodass es bereits am frühen Morgen sehr hell war.

Wir haben freundlich an der Rezeption nach einem Zimmerwechsel gefragt und unsere Gründe erklärt. Leider wurde unser Anliegen nicht wirklich ernst genommen. Uns wurde gesagt, man glaube nicht, dass man so viel hören könne, und man werde am nächsten Morgen versuchen, leiser zu sein. Das löst das eigentliche Problem – die ungünstige Lage des Zimmers – natürlich nicht.

Schade, denn das Hotel selbst macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Mit einem anderen Zimmer wäre unser Aufenthalt wahrscheinlich deutlich angenehmer gewesen. Wer Wert auf Ruhe legt, sollte sich nach Möglichkeit kein Zimmer in der Nähe der Rezeption, des Eingangs oder der Straße geben lassen. Zudem würden wir uns wünschen, dass Zimmer, die deutlich von den auf Booking gezeigten Bildern abweichen, entsprechend gekennzeichnet oder zumindest bei der Buchung transparent kommuniziert werden.
