Pleasantly surprised, great value
Pros:

This hotel really exceeded our expectations. It was a very spacious room, clean, and nice view of the trees.

Cons:

The doors don’t open onto the balcony.

However, over all stay was indeed amazing!

Its big for a family of 4. It smells good everywhere.

Cons:

Had a bit of issue as we wanted to check in early at least 30mins, but the staff did not allow us as per their policy otherwise we have to pay ¥4000. Husband and I did not mind to wait but we were with our kids and badly needed to use the toilet. They should have a bit of consideration. They let us in 5 minutes before 4pm it’s really unfair. They don’t even have that policy when we check out early they will give back ¥4000.

I’d like to comment on the vending machine next to the coin-operated laundry. Since it doesn’t accept the new 1,000-yen bills, other guests were having trouble with it as well.

有一樓公共空間可以坐下來吃早餐 很棒

因為是無人旅館
所以沒有辦法提早過來借放行李，離開時也沒辦法先把行李借放一下，在附近吃完午餐再回來領

Pros:

Hôtel moderne et bien équipé. Pas de personnel sur place. Aucun nettoyage de la chambre ni vidage des poubelles pendant notre séjour de 7 jours. Très bien situé près de la gare et de l'université de Hokkaido. Prix raisonnable.

Cons:

Je me serais attendu à ce que la chambre soit nettoyée au moins une fois durant un séjour de 7 jours.

This was the best stay of our trip to Japan. Beautiful room, great value, excellent location. So much space!
