It was ok but they could do better
Pros:

The breakfast was ok a bit cold.. location was close to airport

Cons:

We didn’t like we didn’t have a refrigerator in our room
we didn’t have blankets and pillows for our sofa bed and phone in room didn’t work

Excelente ubicación y limpieza. El desayuno muy rico y variado tipo bufete. Bebidas de cortesía del bar. Las habitaciones muy confortables, las almohadas y ropa de cama impecables, artículos de aseo y un baño muy amplio super limpio. Los empleados son muy amables. Amplio estacionamiento. Descansamos muy agusto en este hotel, será mi elección cerca del aeropuerto.

A comfortable, quiet, and very convenient stay with friendly staff and good food.
Pros:

We had a great one-night stay at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Guadalajara Aeropuerto. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious, clean, and well organized, and the bathroom was great as well. The location is perfect, just around the corner from the airport, yet we did not notice any noise from airplanes or the highway, which made the stay very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were super easy.
We also tried the restaurant and really enjoyed the food and drinks. Another thing we truly appreciated was the honesty and helpfulness of the staff — we accidentally forgot our charger in the room and were able to pick it up after returning to Guadalajara.

Cons:

The only small negatives were that the towels felt slightly hard and the amount of towels provided was a bit limited, although we did not report it since it was only a very minor issue during our stay. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely return.

El hotel es cercano al aeropuerto y ofrecen servicio de transporte. Tiene alberca, ofrecen desayuno incluido. Es muy buena opción.

Cons:

Las señoritas de la recepción son exageradamente serias. Un poco más de calidez al cliente nunca sobra a diferencia del chef que prepara los huevos en el restaurante, el muy simpático y amable.

Estancia agradable, instalaciones funcionales y limpieza de habitación, impecable.
Pros:

No recuerdo el nombre de la chica de recepción con quien realizamos el Check in, sin embargo debo decir que desde nuestro arribo, fue muy amable y servicial, ateniendo nuestras solicitudes con puntualidad.
No tuvimos oportunidad de probar el desayuno, por el plan de actividades que teniamos. Sin embargo, la comida nos pareció sabrosa y la atención de los meseros fue realmente buena, brindándonos una atención cálida y puntual. Aunque la atención del Jefe (de dicha área), no fue tan amable.

Cons:

La actitud del operador que nos trasladó al aeropuerto en la camioneta del Hotel, fue poco cálida, y cuando le dimos $50.00 pesos de propina, su cara fue de descontento. (Desconozco cuanto esté acostumbrado a recibir). Ni equipaje llevábamos, por lo tanto ni siquiera nos ayudó con eso.
