מלון גניבת דעת. עולה בערך פי 5 ממה שהוא שווה. ביזיון.

מיקום מצוין, מלון נקי ומודרני

Cons:

זה לא ממש מלון… קומה 5 בבניין משרדים.
״חדר אוכל״ של 4 שולחנות וכורסאות סלון, מאוד לא נח, ארוחת בוקר דלה מאוד.
מחיר שהוא עקיצה אמיתית, פשוט הזיה.

Super, mit paar Abstrichen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und das ist für uns das wichtigste.
Pros:

Alles hat uns gefallen 💖
Die Lage, das Interieur, die freundliche Mitarbeiter, (bis auf einen), die bequemen Betten das schöne Badezimmer. Wenn wir wieder nach München kommen, würden wir gerne wieder dort übernachten auch, wenn es paar Kleinigkeiten gab, die nicht perfekt waren. Aber die gibt es überall, egal wie viele Sterne das Hotel hat.

Cons:

Die Garagenlösung ist nicht optimal, aber verständlich.
Es gab vor einem der Sessel im Zimmer ein kleines Häufchen Brösel noch von den Gästen vor uns. Das fanden wir nicht so toll und die Badewanne haben wir sicherheitshalber selber noch mal ausgewischt, bevor wir sie benutzt haben. Es war nicht so vertrauenserweckend.
Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine mussten wir extra verlangen. Es ist nicht standardmäßig im Zimmer wie angekündigt. Den Toilettensitz mussten wir auch von zweifelhaften Flecken befreien, bevor er benutzt werden konnte.
Der Kühlschrank funktionierte auch nicht und war nicht reparabel, dafür durften wir unsere Sachen in den Kühlschrank in der Küche platzieren.

心温まる素晴らしいステイ
Pros:

全てのスタッフの温かい気遣いと対応が素晴らしかった。ハネムーンということへの配慮も嬉しく、心の底から満足できる宿泊だった。立地が素晴らしく、マリエンプラッツ目の前にあるため観光にも適している。朝食も美味しく、マリエンプラッツを見下ろしながらの朝食は最高だった。

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt idealst, der Anblick innen ist einladend, sehr ruhig und sehr sauber.
Das Personal ist freundlich.
Das Bett ist ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

ABER:
Der Architekt (kann keine Frau gewesen sein) scheint noch nie in einem Hotel gelebt zu haben. Im allgemeinen folgt die Form der Funktion. Hier nicht.

Das Lichtsystem: kryptisch und unbrauchbar. Es gibt kein Zimmerlicht. Der Schalter zu Leselampe hinter den fixierten Dreh-Lehnstühlen befindet sich am Boden dahinter. Ohne Turnübung kein Licht! Die Lichtschalter funktionieren oder nicht. Was wo ist herausfordernd.
Es gibt keine taugliche Nachttischlampe: sie hängt a) zu tief und ist b) für beide Bettseiten parallel geschaltet.
Alle „main“-Schalter sind nicht Hauptschalter.
Dusche: Für Damen untauglich, freihändig nicht möglich, da ein Aufhängesystem fehlt. Die Kopfdusche ist auch mit Haube eine Zumutung.
Ein Dusch-WC wäre in dieser Preislage kein Luxus.
Safe: die Empfangsdame fragte, ob wir den im Kasten integrierten Safe bräuchten. Wer weiss.. als wir ihn dann doch brauchten und nach Anleitung benutzen wollten, funktionierte das nicht. Die Dame half mit einem Trick.
Am Ende war die Frage insofern berechtigt, als die Safetüre ohne „Lock“ offen heraushängt und sich somit die Kastentüre ohne manuelles Nachhelfen nicht schliessen lässt.

Details: Kleenex Gute Qualität, Wattebausch hingegen verfällt; Duschsprühkopf leicht verkalkt; Kühlschrank kühlte nicht.

It’s perfect for a short break in Munich. You can literally see Marienplatz out of the window
Pros:

Perfect location for City Centre exploring. Small hotel with excellent team and a very nice room. It’s expensive

Just the drinks bill.

Loved it all!
Pros:

Beautiful hidden gem in the very heart of Munich! Right above the busy Marienplatz, at Beyond one can enjoy the best views yet it is quiet and peaceful.
The team at the hotel was so friendly and helpful - best service, available 24/7. We are looking forward to coming back again soon.

I would come again because of the staff

The staff was outstanding kind, welcoming, respectful and helpful.

Tolle Lage direkt am Marienplatz.
Erstklassiger Service schon beim Empfang: Willkommensdrink, Gepäck wurde auf das Zimmer gebracht. Frühstück wurde individuell abgestimmt.
Tolles Personal, jederzeit zuvorkommend, freundlich, herzlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein.
