La struttura è a due passi dal centro e allo stesso tempo immersa nel verde. La camera e il bagno di grandi dimensioni, con tutto il necessario e pulitissimi. Tutto lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e accogliente. Varia e di ottima qualità la colazione. Abbiamo trascorso un’ora piacevolissima e rilassante nella spa

Nice hotel just outside Spello. It's a spa, and it has a nice swimming pool, however we did not use the spa. the hotel has different sets of rooms, some inside the hotel, some just outside. We were in the outside ones. They are big and clean, however as they clearly are flats reconverted into an hotel, the bathroom was old, basic and not well organised, as the shower was next to our bed in the main room. not a problem for one night, but as the hotel described itself as a romantic spa, that might disappoint some. Staff is lovely.
The hotel is overly expensive for what it offers and for the location, which is not in the heart of the old town of Spello. Without a car, you need to love walking to get anywhere, which is fine, but being Spello such a small place, you would appreciate shorter distances. Food is equally horribly expensive and not of good quality necessarily - we had a piadina for lunch which was 10euros and was not worth it.

Abbiamo dovuto cambiare 3 camere perché i servizi igienici avevano tutti dei problemi. Mancano le zanzariere a porte e finestre, utili vista la presenza di insetti.
