Friendly staff, great location, did the trick!
Pros:

I forgot my laptop charger and they were more than happy to let me borrow one, which saved the day really!
The room itself is well-appointed. Bed were just ok

Cons:

The breakfast. I really wish they had heathier options. I've been to one hotel recently that had a whole oatmeal bar. Not the pre-packaged, but fresh oatmeal with different nuts, fruit, coconut, real maple syrup.. it was great!

The room could have been a little cleaner, especially the floor. It wasn't terrible, but just noticed a little here and there. Wouldn't stop me from staying again.

The beds/pillows are fine, but not as comfortable as I would like.. personal preference I think.

Parfait!
Pros:

Tout! Parfait quand on a un chien, chambre au rez-de-chaussée. Terrasse extérieure. Deux petits coins pour manger avec notre chien à l’intérieur. Le personnel est très efficace, gentil et courtois.

Cons:

Tapis dans les chambres. Je ne sais pas pourquoi on met encore du tapis dans les cha,brew d’hôtel.

Amazing stay
Pros:

Bed was comfy, breakfast was lots to choose from and it had gluten free option as well and was well organized plus refiled all the time. Pool, rooms updated and clean. Took care of an issue right away at night with running in the hall and yelling after 10. They looked after it as soon as we ccalled front desk about it.

Cons:

Nothing.......everything was great and we go here each time we go to see our kids. We have stayed at this hotel at least 6 times so far and it is always great.

Pros:

Was very nice, very clean and quiet. Breakfast this morning was good.

Cons:

Pet stay is overpriced 50$. I think us a little to much. I paid 25$ at the Best western Edmundston N.B
Your staff need to clean the room anyway pets or no pets when check out. My dog is a 3 lbs Yorkie

Très bien, mais séjour plus que rapide
Pros:

Le fait que la réception soit ouverte 24:00. Le préposé à l’accueil, Steve, a été des plus gentils avec nous même après notre arrivée plus que tardive. Il a pris le temps de nous expliquer pour le déjeuner et indiquer où étaient la piscine et le gym. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié son accueil chaleureux.

Cons:

Le prix un peu élevé.

Comfortable & Clean
Pros:

Beds and room were comfortable. The hotel was quiet at night and the blinds allowed privacy and darkness, that was much needed after a long day of driving.

Cons:

There was no toilet paper or garbage bags in our room. After trying to call front desk my husband had to go down and find someone to get some.
