Abbiamo soggiornato presso Hotel Soleblu ieri e oggi per festeggiare il mio compleanno insieme al mio fidanzato e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La struttura è molto bella e la piscina sul tetto è stata sicuramente uno dei punti forti del soggiorno: rilassante, curata e perfetta per godersi Rimini dall’alto.Ma la cosa che ci ha colpiti di più è stata l’atmosfera che si respirava. Tutto lo staff è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Si percepiva anche una bellissima armonia tra di loro, ed è una cosa rara che rende l’ambiente ancora più accogliente e piacevole. Ci hanno trattati davvero con grande attenzione durante tutto il soggiorno e abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il fatto che, nonostante il checkout fosse al mattino, ci abbiano lasciato utilizzare la piscina fino alla chiusura serale, alle 20. È stato come vivere un giorno in più a Rimini, rendendo il mio compleanno ancora più speciale. Inoltre ci hanno tenuto le nostre cose in frigorifero per tutta la giornata anche dopo il checkout, dimostrando ancora una volta grande disponibilità e attenzione verso gli ospiti. Un grazie speciale a Cristina della sala, e a Emily ed Elisa della reception, sempre sorridenti, gentili e super disponibili. Ci avete fatto sentire davvero coccolati ❤️ Torneremo sicuramente!
Location e pulizia impeccabili - non ho fatto colazione, solo pernotto. Avevo chiesto camera fronte mare e, pur essendo la struttura in seconda fila, ho comunque potuto godere della vista sul mare direttamente dal letto.
Durante i weekend impossibile riposare. Ragazzi ubriachi che urlano e porte che sbattono a tarda sera, dopo un'ora ho chiamato la reception e dopo un'altra ora la situazione è tornata tranquilla. Io ero lì per lavoro ed è stato un disagio notevole.
Hotel accogliente e molto pulito, con camere confortevoli e ottima posizione. Le ragazze della reception e la proprietaria sono state davvero simpatiche e disponibili. Esperienza molto piacevole, consigliato!
