Sensacional , Elvin um encanto de pessoa
Pros:

O café não é de péssima qualidade mas pode ser melhor e ter produtos mais mundializados , incluindo mais frutas e ovo mexido por exemplo ! Elvin o recepcionista é uma pessoa extraordinária , preocupado em sempre bem atender , eduacado , hospitaleiro , nota 10000 para ele !

Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt und sind mit dem Hotel insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend – für den gebotenen Service und die Ausstattung bekommt man wirklich viel.

Ein ganz besonderes Lob möchte ich jedoch an Elvin aussprechen. Er ist ein äußerst kompetenter, freundlicher und engagierter Mitarbeiter. Egal, wann wir Hilfe brauchten oder eine Frage hatten, Elvin war immer zur Stelle, hat sich Zeit genommen und uns mit einem Lächeln weitergeholfen. Sein professioneller und herzlicher Umgang mit den Gästen hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Solche Mitarbeiter sind ein grosser Gewinn für jedes Hotel.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team und besonders an Elvin! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

Maravilha!
Pros:

O Hotel é muito bom, o quarto bem confortável e muito espaçoso. Banheiro muito limpo e claro, o recepcionista Elvin foi mais que um profissional, foi um irmão, atencioso, dedicado, educado e muito prestativo. Esse cara é show de bola.

Poderiam melhorar um pouco mais o café da manhã, mas estava bom
