Brilliant! Handled the problem so well!
Pros:

Because of an AC problem, I was transferred to another hotel. Reception were fantastic! Welcome drink and snack, given a fabulous restaurant recommendaton, Highway 4 for lunch, then taxi tranfer to nearby new hotel. Discounted taxi fare to airport the next day. The reception lady handled the situation magnificently. New hotel was great too.

Excellent location to spend some days in Hanoi
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, the beds are very comfortable, we got a free upgrade of the room and the reception staff was very nice, and Daisy was very attentive to us during our stay.

Cons:

They tried to charge us an extra 5%, for paying by credit card, while few days ago we stayed in the same hotel and they charged us a 4%. In the end, they charged us a 4% both times.

Very convenient hotel and excellent location
Pros:

Very good location of the hotel, comfortable beds, appropriate room and the reception staff, especially Daisy, who was very attentive and friendly the whole time.

Cons:

When we asked the staff of the breakfast to prepare something for us at breakfast, as listed, they would make excuses, although they would do it for us in the end. They charged us an extra 4%, for paying by credit card, that was not described in the hotel paga at Booking.com (while other hotels do describe it).

Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Erken check in yapamasalar da eşyalarımızı bırakmamıza ve üstümüzü değiştirmemize izin verdiler. Otelden 2 günlüğüne ayrılıp tekrar gelip 2 gün daha kalacaktık ve bu süre içinde fazla eşyalarımızın hepsini bırakmamıza izin verdiler.

Bardzo mika obsługa obiektu

Cons:

Zdjęcia "chyba" są poprzerabiane w AI, pokoje w których byliśmy, aż 3 pokoje, było nas 7, bardzo odbiegaja od rzeczywistego stanu pokoju. Śniadania ładne na zdjęciach.

Pros:

Great location, close enough to the old quarter but still (usually) peaceful. Building is lovely.

Cons:

Breakdown in communication. I paid for late check out, was asked by 3 different members of staff (one by knocking on my room door) about my check out time. Being harassed for a 10/10 review in person and even by WhatsApp after leaving. Breakfast wasn’t the freshest.
