My experience at this hotel was excellent, and I highly recommend it! The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and ATMs nearby. Despite the lively area, the room was very quiet at night, with no noise from music or traffic.
The room was well air-conditioned and had everything we needed, including plenty of shampoo, shower gel, and personal amenities. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of both sweet and savory options.
If you are going to Ninh Binh, I recommend the 7:30 AM limousine arranged by the hotel. It takes about 2.5 hours to reach Tam Coc from the hotel. Breakfast starts at 6:45 AM, so you can easily enjoy breakfast before leaving.

The breakfast options were very limited, and the breakfast area was quite small. Unfortunately, the food did not look particularly appetising. The hotel itself feels quite old and outdated, especially the bathroom, which could benefit from some renovation and modernisatio.

Llegamos temprano y nos ofrecieron un uprated y early check-in por 15€. Teniendo en cuenta este importe y lo que pagamos por la reserva ha sido la habitación mas cara de nuestro viaje y el hotel lamentablemente no lo vale. A las instalaciones les falta mantenimiento, el baño es pequeño y muy incómodo, la ducha no tiene plato y queda todo mojado. La limpieza tampoco es su punto fuerte.

The staff was extremely warmful, especially Anna who answered all our questions and helped us book tours and transportation. Strongly recommend for people wanting to visit Hanoi and stay in the Old Quarter.

Struttura bellissima, unica la mia camera era tutta in legno piccola, con un arredamento etnico locale molto chic e accogliente di piccole dimensioni ma sufficienti per stare poche notti ad Hanoi, molto profumato..stanza caratteristica piccola ma molto pulita con un piccolo balconcino che affaccia sui tetti di abitazioni popolari, ovviamente essendo nell’old Quarter
I bar mtender del rooftop mi sono sembrati abbastanza presuntuosi e maleducati. Non mi è piaciuto il loro modo….rispetto a tutti i vietnamiti che ho incontrato in Vietnam negli hotel durante il mio viaggio loro sono stati un po’ antipatici, poca scelta di vini, nessun tipo di vino con bollicine mi sembra strano visto che il Vietnam ha la baguette come panino tipico visto la ex dominazione francese non avere uno champagne o altro per la clientela internazionale, quando ho chiesto di che uve fosse il vino bianco che mi ha dato, il barman sapeva neanche rispondere, ed era l’unico vino bianco che avevano non parliamo di un menu di 100 vini bianchi per cui se ti chiedo se è un Savignone o uno chardonnay, tu non sai rispondere ha dovuto leggere sull’etichetta, questo è il suo lavoro almeno deve essere preparato,mi hanno accolto freddamente, erano le 10:20 di sera alle 11 chiudevano erano scocciati, il resto del personale stava lì su un tavolo accanto che mangiava e si faceva gli affari suoi.
Scommetto che mi hanno anche preso in giro, perché ridevano. Ho chiesto loro se mi potevano fare una foto ed erano scocciati,vorrei ricordare loro che lavorano sempre in un hotel e dovrebbero essere sempre gentili e cordiali con i loro ospiti, soprattutto quelli che viaggiano da soli.
