Everything was great. Close to the old quarter but not in the crazy busy area. Salome at the Front desk was really helpful with everything.

That I couldn't stay longer
The hotel is located in a perfect location in the Hoan Kiem area with ideal travel links if requiring to travel in and out of Hanoi. The staff were amazing and catered for our every need with everything we needed sorted easily and with a smile every time. Would stay here every time I go back to Hanoi.

Perfect place to stay whilst in Hanoi. Walkable distance to the old quarter, set back from the main road so offers a quieter stay.
Facilities were perfect, and everything working and clean.
Breakfast was also up to standard.

Pokój był bardzo czysty. Łóżko bardzo wygodne. Była to nasza ostatnia noc w Wietnamie i byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z wyboru hotelu. Obsługa gości na najwyższym poziomie. Pani May z recepcji chętnie odpowiadała na nasze pytania i była bardzo uprzejma. Polecam

Salome and her colleagues went above and beyond and got us an upgraded room after a horrible bus journey.
The bathroom is a wet room with shower curtain but I can see why they do this to maximise space in the bedroom
Le personnel est vraiment très attentif à toutes vos demandes et sont très polis. L'emplacement vraiment top, dans une petite rue au centre-ville. Tout est accessible à pied, magasins restaurants, plein de petits cafés.
Le seul bémol, j'ai réservé une suite avec balcon, pensant que c'était une chambre avec une grande terrasse au 7ème étage (comme sur la photo de votre site) mais en fait, c'était une chambre avec un petit balcon au 2ème étage. Rien de grave car la chambre était très bien.
Je recommande cet hôtel !
