Tolle Lage, Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist okay!
Pros:

tolles Personal, gaben alles um den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm zu gestalten. Lage war auch super, bekamen ein gratis Upgrade auf das Zimmer.

Etwas mageres Frühstück, ansonsten alles okay.

Hartelijke ontvangst en fijn personeel
Pros:

De meer dan uitstekende service en behulpzaamheid van vooral Anna (receptioniste) van dit hotel. Het gaf ons een gevoel van plezierig thuiskomen. Niets was te veel gevraagd voor haar om het goed te laten verlopen.

Cons:

Het ontbijt: De koffie slaat de steunzolen uit je schoenen (voor Europeanen veel te sterk) en het geserveerde brood was oud (hard). Dus, een verbeterpunt.

El personal fue muy amable.Tanto Anna,May y el resto del equipo fueron muy serviciales y nos ofrecieron el traslado a Ning Binh.

Trato del personal, sobre todo de MAY y ANNA.
El desayuno abundante, variado y muy rico.
Habitaciones amplias y bien equipadas.
En pleno centro.
Hotel muy silencioso, a pesar de estar en el centro, no se escucha ningún ruido.
Muchas opciones para hacer excursiones por la ciudad, y otras zonas de Vietnam.
A pesar de salir a la.noche nuestro vuelo, después del check-out, nos permitieron dejar las maletas en el hotel sin ningún problema hasta salir al aeropuerto por la tarde.

Adorable price and friendly staff
Pros:

I arrived in the middle of the night from Hai Giang and reception was open and greeted me kindly. Breakfast was yummy too. Anna was very helpful helping me check out and helped get me on my bus after check out, she is awesome, this hotel has friendly staff.
