A little haven in buzzy Danang
Pros:

Nesta is in perfect location slightly set back from the busy main road but still with a seaview. We loved the big pool set in green lawns and the breakfast was fabulous.

Cons:

Очень грубый персонал! Уборку не сделали. В день, когда мы выезжали 24 августа 2026 года рано утром, спустились на ресепшен, отдать ключи, нас попросили подождать чтобы проверить номер мы прождали 10-15 минут, приехало такси нам надо было выходить чтобы ехать в аэропорт, нам сказали, что еще проверяют и надо подождать, мы ответили, что уже время и нам надо ехать. И тут началось самое интересное, нас обвинили в том, что мы взяли полотенце из номера, но мы этого не делали и были удивлены этим обвинением. Они стали кричать и требовать полотенце, я сказала, чтобы они хорошо посмотрели, скорее всего не заметили. Так как у нас был семейный номер, две комнаты и две ванной комнаты, полотенце, которое они не досчитались находились там, просто надо было внимательно смотреть. В итоге, так и вышло, они сами не увидели, а нас стали обвинять и не выпускать, особенно элой был мужчина на ресепшене, он позволил на нас кричать. Какой-то кошмар, а не персонал! Больше сюда мы не приедем!

Good value for money and excellent location.
Pros:

Location and staff. Amazing. So friendly and helpful. Right in the heart of the action. You can see the sea and sunset and sunrise. Restaurants and cafes all within a stones throw away. Just a great location. Breakfast had a great selection and the pool was lovely.

Cons:

Minor issue but sea view will have some noise in the morning and evening. If you are an early sleeper or light sleeper this can be annoying.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with lot of variety.Location was excellent in front of the beach

Cons:

We came back at 12:00AM after a day trip & found AC not working which was also not working in afternoon which we had informed the staff .They did upgrade the room at 12:30 am which was nice from there side but in the evening we found a note that we had used a water bottle. The price of which was negligible but the issue was why should we pay for a thing which we did not consume.Also we had booked 2 rooms out of which we cancelled 1 room because of medical emergency 2 days before check in .Hotel staff wanted air tickets & medical certificate which we provided but they said only 1 day refund we would receive & 1 day booking amount was forfeited

Great location and great rooms.
Pros:

The location was brilliant and we had a starbucks on site which was perfect. The pool was lovely.

One of the best hotels in Da Nang!
Pros:

Nesta was definitely one of our favorite hotels in Da Nang. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious — probably the best we had during our trip.

We especially loved the beautiful pool and green garden area. Unlike many hotels in Da Nang with rooftop pools, Nesta has a lovely ground-level pool surrounded by greenery, which makes the atmosphere very relaxing.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location is perfect — the beach is just across the road, with Starbucks right nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back next year. Highly recommended!

Don’t believe the pictures of the outside areas.
Pros:

The room was very nice, and for the price you can’t complain.

Cons:

Whoever took the photographs is gifted. The pool area is not inviting. Maybe if you are a family you’d enjoy the business but it’s very enclosed feeling.
To be honest we don’t really like Da Nang so we left a day early and moved to Hoi An.

Overall its was a nice stay
Pros:

Good location, cleanliness and great service.

Cons:

Shower inside Bath which was a bit high to get in and out of, due to my knee injuries it was a bit unsafe for me.

Fantastic location and large room
Pros:

Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby, spas, laundry etc, across the road from the beach. Whilst it is a busy road to cross it is doable, and there is a crossing not far up if needed. Everyone that worked there was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. The room we had was huge, and exactly what our family needed (2 adults and 3 children)

Cons:

It would have been good if they had beach chairs on the beach opposite the hotel. The pool area was also under construction when we were there so there was no green space for our children to relax/run around, like in the photos.
There is also no toilet near the pool area, which means you need to walk through reception in your bathers, dripping wet.
All these are just minor though, we would definitely stay here again, it was wonderful.

Can't Wait To Come Back. Amazing staff! Great value!
Pros:

The staff at this hotel was outstanding - hostesses were so helpful. Some of the best treatment I've ever experienced in 30 years of travel, and at a very reasonable price. I look forward to coming back. The beach is literally across the street. The bed was comfy. The room very clean.

Cons:

Not much to tell here. I loved this place.
