I have just arrived back to the UK after 15 nights at Nesta Hotel and knew straight away I have to leave a review. This is a fabulous hotel ( only 5 stories high for those who don’t like heights of the much higher hotels on this stretch opposite the gorgeous beach ).
The hotel is very nice a nice calm atmosphere even though so many guests coming and going. The rooms are nice and have everything you need and they are kept spotlessly clean. The hotel is in a great position to see places of interest such as Lady Buddha or to go to Ba Na Hills or Hoi an and all trips can be arranged at the desk.
But the best best best thing about this hotel is the staff !!!!! They are just lovely from wonderful Kim Tuyen on reception who is always there with a smile and to help you with anything. The great guys on the main entrance who greet you everytime with a smile and would help my mum get up a couple of steps ( she is 88 ). Then at breakfast gorgeous Ngoc Han who is so lovely and kind and Ha who is there to make sure all is well as you go in to breakfast ( I loved to see them both every morning.) Once in the restaurant there is plenty to choose from and the service great and all looked over by Chef Bang who is so wonderful and nothing to much trouble .. my mum loved him. Then a big thankyou to Tuan who was at breakfast and room service, the most lovely polite wonderful young man who we loved.
Finally the pool it is very nice and you are watched over by the fantastic Lam is knows everything going on and ensures all the guests are well cared for and safe in the pool. He was so so kind to myself and mum ( we were over to see my son who is living in Da Nang ) every morning when we sat in the sun Lam could not have been kinder and is a credit to the Nesta chain of hotels as are all the staff. ( there was also a wonderful young man who took over the shifts when Lam left and he was also taking care of everyone and ensuring the safety of those in the water and was so so kind to myself and mum. There are names I did not know who were all wonderful. I have travelled the world and been to 5 star hotels with great service BUT no staff anywhere match the lovely staff at Nesta.
If you’re doing a short city hop stay or a bit longer I can recommend. Next time the pool there is a spa which offers great treatments and again the ladies working there are fabulous. We were certainly made to feel very special at this hotel and we can highly recommend it for all the reasons I have said.
I hope more Europeans get to visit Vietnam. For the English watch Bill Bailey Vietnam channel 4 and you will get the idea. The first episode is this particular area. Plenty of things to do and places to visit. As Bill says at the end of episode 6 … it’s a great place but most importantly it’s the people of Vietnam …… I will always remember them so so fondly.

I would like the pool area tidied up and I know the pool bar will add to attractiveness so it will be great addition and allow more seating and beds.

Ein super Hotel an perfekter Lage direkt am schönsten Strand von Vietnam (Strasse muss überquert werden). Strandbars, Restaurants, Shops in der Nähe. Schöner Pool im Garten. Dort wird eine Bar gebaut - das wird bestimmt ganz toll. Personal extrem aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet der Hammer! Betten sehr bequem in grossen Zimmern. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
