Pros:

Habitación amplia para familias. Súper limpio y genial la temática y préstamo de los juegos de mesa. Ofrece café y algunas bebidas gratis. Destacar la amabilidad del personal siempre dispuestos a ayudar y hacer recomendaciones.

Overall good experience with service and location
Pros:

Location is great, closed to everywhere, walking distance to Namba train station to airport is strong plus for your last day to airport.

Cons:

AC system stinks and my daughter ended up sleeping in the living room as she can’t handle the smell in bedroom, maybe filter in the bedroom needs a replacement

Perfect family friendly place with the bonus of being accessible
Pros:

Very friendly staff.
The room was 100% accessible and so were the other facilities. It was very central and convenient to get to the train

Cons:

Beds and pillows are not the usual fluffy and soft western style we are accustomed to but it was still ok

Good location within easy walking distance to most tourist attractions in Osaka
Pros:

Staff was helpful and free coffee was nice touch

Cons:

Beds were the least comfortable of 3 Mimaru properties we stayed at. Toilet heating didn’t work

Great hotel for the family, staff speak English and Spanish
Pros:

The property is perfectly located walking distance from the Market and other shopping attractions.

We loved the focus they have on board games and the game room for the kids. We enjoyed the secret room game they have, it’s like an escape room but instead of trying to escape the room you need to fine a hidden room in the hotel.

All the staff at the front deck spoke perfect English and some even spoke Spanish and French, very refreshing compared to other chains where they barely speak any English.

The staff was very helpful, after we checked out we realized our daughter left behind her water bottle and Nicolas took care of it by placing it inside a Luggage we left there to be shipped to our next destination.

Cons:

For some reason all the Japanese’s chains including this hotel have no place to put clothes beside some hangars. They should ad some drawers and shelves, they have the space for it.
Also the beds were all separate, if it’s a family hotel, they should at least have a queen size bed.

Great location, well appointed modern hotel and very friendly staff.
Pros:

Loved the location and spacious rooms. Perfect for our family of 5. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the extra touches including board games for kids etc. were very welcome.

Cons:

Can’t fault it and would stay again.
