Pros:

The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive.

Cons:

Great for families with young children (games, etc.) but not a quiet respite for families with older children or couples. Too noisy at times.

A reliable and affordable family hotel. Friendly staffs.
Pros:

If you’re traveling with family and going to multiple cities, Mimaru is the best! They can help with luggage transfer will be so helpful especially if you’re taking train or buses to the next destination!

Cons:

This hotel is not really close by the main Osaka Namba station & Dotonbori. Still quite a walk and not very convenient if carrying luggages.

Hôtel de qualité, proche de tout.
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait, à la jonction de plusieurs quartiers ce qui fait que chaque jour est différent sans forcément avoir besoin d’aller loin. En arrivant de l’aéroport Itami, il y a un bus qui nous amène à la gare de bus de Namba, proche du logement. La marche n’est pas longue, ni compliquée avec des valises. Le personnel est très aidant, polyglotte, très agréable sans pour autant être envahissant. La chambre était grande, bien équipée et confortable. J’aurais aimé une laveuse dans la chambre mais il y a une buanderie dans le bâtiment.

Cons:

Les lits étaient un peu durs mais ne nous ont pas empêchés de passer 3 belles nuits. Je dirais que l’hôtel est un peu cher mais si vous pouvez vous le permettre, il le vaut.

Best decision to stay here
Pros:

The hotel’s location is perfect, located in the heart of Nippombashi with easy access to trains, tons of food and bustling streets. Rooms are clean and very spacious, come with a kitchenette and onsite laundry facilities. The hotel staff are all very warm, helpful and gracious.

Location was great. Super convenient with lots of nearby amenities
We booked a one bedroom and there was ample space for 3 adults 2 kids

Cons:

Staff wasn't very helpful with limited support when we asked about requests for extension stay due to typhoon. Even just a late checkout it cost 3000 yen. Felt it wasn't very nice as we had 2 young kids and were really frustrated with flight delays etc already

地理位置優越，附近百貨公司、商店、美食、市場各線地鐵走路都能到。服務人員親切，房間乾淨整潔、設備完善、空間也很大，很適合家庭旅遊住宿。
