Clean, comfortable, and convenient hotel to begin your adventure in Tokyo!
Pros:

Highly recommend. Front desk is extremely helpful and pleasant. It’s nice to come back after a long day site seeing in Tokyo to a very quiet neighborhood where Tokyo Station East is located. We stayed in the family suite, very spacious and clean. 7-11 is right downstairs in the building which was great for quick eats especially for the kids. The hotel is conveniently located near the Kayabacho and Hatchobori stations. About a 10 min walk from Tokyo Station and 1 bus ride from a station across the street to the Team Labs Planet area. Can’t go wrong staying at the Tokyo Station East for your central hub to visit every place in Tokyo.

Fabulous family lodging in Tokyo!
Pros:

Wonderful space for a family. Bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry were fabulous. 7-11 just downstairs made breakfast and snacks easy. It was very easy to get cabs or walk to train stations.

Cons:

Sometimes had to really wait for elevators.

Great quiet location and perfect space for families.
Pros:

Tucked away in a quiet area which was a nice break from the bustle of crowded tourist areas. There were also a few subway stations 5 min walk away. Loved having a 7-11 right underneath!

Cons:

The elevator opened at the lobby every time you go up even if you don’t push the lobby button

Pros:

We are family of 4. The room was perfect for us. Big, a lot of space, large dinner table to enjoy meals, great shower. Good beds. And very clean!

The stuff was very friendly, do not forget to vawe at them when lift stopts at 1st floor:) Stuff was friendly towards our kids, also we used luggage service to send bags to another Mimaru in Kyoto. They guy at reception spoke even my mother language (russian!) and helped me arrange everything. Top service.

Location was good for our needs. Lawson in the same building on the ground floor, very easy to grab smthing on the go. 2 metro stations not so far away, easy walk with kids 4 and 8 y.o. We also used taxi and uber a lot.

We also used laundry service, it was easy , clear deacription how to do it.

In conclusion, we loved our first stay at Mimaru chain in Tokyo. We will choose Mimaru again when visiting Japan in the future!

Overall, my family really enjoyed the stay. Very suitable place for elderly and young kids. Location is central as well.

ملاصقه ل7 eleven وصيدلية، والمنطقة هادية وقريبة من محطة المترو.

Cons:

الغرفة ضيقة شوي، وعدم احترافية بعض أفراد الطاقم في التعامل.
طلبت سرير اطفال من وقت الحجز ، ولما وصلت الفندق بالليل قال موظف الشفت ان ما عنده خبر، ولا بد ينتظر لين بكره الصباح حتى يحضر الطاقم الرئيسي!
