Perfect for groups, a few steps away from the subway, with a 7-11 on the ground floor.
Pros:

It was perfect for our group of 5 - it was the only place that had 2 connecting rooms of 2-bedroom suites. So perfect. A lot of eating options in the area that are reasonably priced, very authentic establishments too not touristy as they cater to locals. Right near the Hatchobori station of the Hibiya line, just a few stops from Ginza Station.

Cons:

No retail shops nearby.

Wonderful family stay with a minor issue regarding the convenience store downstairs.
Pros:

An excellent hotel for families. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with a kitchen and great amenities. The location near Tokyo Station is very convenient, and the staff were helpful and kind.

Cons:

The only downside is the convenience store located on the ground floor of the building. The staff there showed very disrespectful and poor treatment toward non-Japanese customers/tourists, completely ignoring proper queues and basic respect.

Pros:

房內空間十分寬敞，房內就有洗衣機，不用計時擔心衣服洗好忘記拿，樓下是7-11，旁邊藥局也可以免稅，價格不輸給唐吉訶德，附近餐廳很多，花丸烏龍麵、鳥貴族、薩利亞，在走幾步步就到東京車站八重街地下街！

One night before a long haul flight and paying $450-500 for hard bedding wasn’t what I had in mind.
Pros:

It accommodated our family of 6. Tights space with doors that cross over when opening
