Overall great experience besides back pain after sleeping.
Pros:

Great convenient stay near Tokyo Station.
Pros:

Great location, very close to the Hotobachi station and within minutes of Tokyo Station.
We had a 2 bed/ 2 bath family suite, which was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean and functional, and had everything we needed for our stay. Having a washer/dryer was a big plus!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered our questions about the best way to purchase Shinkansen tickets, and arranged for a taxi to take us to the station so we didn’t have to worry about walking in the rain with all of our luggage.

Cons:

Nothing really negative to say about the property.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient hotel to begin your adventure in Tokyo!
Pros:

Highly recommend. Front desk is extremely helpful and pleasant. It’s nice to come back after a long day site seeing in Tokyo to a very quiet neighborhood where Tokyo Station East is located. We stayed in the family suite, very spacious and clean. 7-11 is right downstairs in the building which was great for quick eats especially for the kids. The hotel is conveniently located near the Kayabacho and Hatchobori stations. About a 10 min walk from Tokyo Station and 1 bus ride from a station across the street to the Team Labs Planet area. Can’t go wrong staying at the Tokyo Station East for your central hub to visit every place in Tokyo.

Fabulous family lodging in Tokyo!
Pros:

Wonderful space for a family. Bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry were fabulous. 7-11 just downstairs made breakfast and snacks easy. It was very easy to get cabs or walk to train stations.

Cons:

Sometimes had to really wait for elevators.
