Very happy
Pros:

Very very clean, staff extremely helpful.

Cons:

Very small space, nowhere to hang clothes after washing them. There is a laundry but some clothes can’t go in the dryer.

Comfortable, convenient and helpful staff
Pros:

Close to range of train lines for various attractions in Tokyo. Very friendly and helpful staff. 7/11 and Pharmacy right next door is convenient.

Pros:

We had a great experience as it was the first time in Japan and at a Mimaru hotel. We were 6 persons so it was very convenient to be all together in one apartment.

I loved the apartment styled hotel room. The room was clean, big, and spacious.
Pros:

I loved that the location of the hotel. It was super close to transit stations and it was located in a very walkable area. I also appreciated how close it was to convenience stores and pharmacies.

Cons:

I felt like there was not enough food options in the area. Some of the food nearby was not that great.

Perfect for groups, a few steps away from the subway, with a 7-11 on the ground floor.
Pros:

It was perfect for our group of 5 - it was the only place that had 2 connecting rooms of 2-bedroom suites. So perfect. A lot of eating options in the area that are reasonably priced, very authentic establishments too not touristy as they cater to locals. Right near the Hatchobori station of the Hibiya line, just a few stops from Ginza Station.

Cons:

No retail shops nearby.

Wonderful family stay with a minor issue regarding the convenience store downstairs.
Pros:

An excellent hotel for families. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with a kitchen and great amenities. The location near Tokyo Station is very convenient, and the staff were helpful and kind.

Cons:

The only downside is the convenience store located on the ground floor of the building. The staff there showed very disrespectful and poor treatment toward non-Japanese customers/tourists, completely ignoring proper queues and basic respect.
