Front Desk is Everything!
Pros:

Front Desk was ABOVE and Beyond!

Cons:

The Dryers! Lol so appreciated the fact that washers and dryers available for use. However , I spent over an hour to dry our clothes. I would prefer to spend a little more and the clothes be dry in a timely manner. After a long day of sightseeing, the last thing I wanted was to wait over an hour to dry clothes. ( I would do two loads...not all clothes on one dryer) this is the only thing I would correct.

Pros:

Great staff, excellent cleanliness, and a fantastic location. It's just a short walk (4-5 min) to Kinshicho Station, making it incredibly convenient to connect to all the main districts in Tokyo.

Our stay was wonderful.
Pros:

The Japanese Apartment is very spacious for our family of 5. We liked that there is a dining area where we could gather around. The location is great as it is close to the train station, various shopping malls and 24 hour supermarket. There restaurants and fast food chains nearby as well as convenience stores.

Cons:

There is no small pajama for children.

Honestly, the best part of our trip was staying at Mimaru. If you are looking for a family friendly spacious room stay look no further!!!
The place is close by to malls and you won't even need to go to shibuya or shinjuku for a mall shopping.. there are super restaurant just next street to the mall and the location could not have been more perfect. Yes it's a 20 minute ride to the city but it doesn't matter considering the positive around the place.
The staff are very courteous, always willing to help and felt like home away from home. 100/10

Pros:

The queen over queen bunk was great our kids really enjoyed it. Great location heaps of food options around. Had extra items at the front desk that we could use such as a shoe dryer. Great laundry. They had kid activities for children's day which my kids really enjoyed and was culturely insightful.
