The staff was nice , the location and price is good
The bathroom doesn’t have shampoo and shower gel and the breakfast is at the hotel next dor and doesn’t have many options
Понравилось всё, пришла после часа ночи, открыли и проводили до комнаты, очень обрадовало) отель находится в центре что очень удобно, до Топкапы я прошлась пешком ни одной лиры не потратила на дорогу, и до аэропорта можно добраться на метро а метро прям рядышком. Планирую и в следующем году заселиться именно в этом отеле 😍😍😍

Удобное месторасположение. Вылет был вечерний, без проблем разрешили оставить вещи до вечера. Идеальный вариант для того,чтобы ночевать и гулять целыми днями. До трамвая минут 7.

Мы приехали утром , заселение было в 14:00 но сам отель был закрыт мы не смогли до 15:30 попасть на ресепшин , чтоб хоть оставить чемоданы , в 15:30 пришел человек и оказалось что в этом отеле нет мест и нас отвел в другой отель , к сожалению было всё ужасно , мы вроде делали бронирование завтрак включен но никакого завтрака не было , одним словом очень плохо .

-Gente che bussava alla porta alle 4 del mattino per fare il check in e toccava a noi aprire piuttosto che riposare.
-La nostra stanza al momento del check in era prenotata
-abbiamo chiesto una culla ci hanno dato un lettino lercio che dondola
-la stanza era piena di formiche e umidità

Your staff told them that the reservation did not exist and refused to accommodate them. They therefore had to stay with friends and have already left Istanbul.
However, Booking.com shows this reservation as completed, even though the guests did not stay at your hotel.
