Pros:

房間雖然不大 但空間配置非常好 有足夠位置可以打開兩個大行李箱走路沒有問題 床也很舒適好睡

Cons:

接待大廳晚上有派對時有點難出入 小問題 但如果可以調整一下動線的話會更好！

Nice staff, save and clean hotel
Pros:

Very hip and modern Hotel. Free welcome drink in the bar for each guest. The hotel is very maintained. I was there when there was an earthquake but we felt save inside the hotel.
Every shop is near by (onitsuka tiger, don quixote, uniqlo, GU etc)

Estetica dell'hotel, struttura molto moderna in un quartiere meraviglioso e pieno di vita

Cons:

La colazione, o meglio, i servizi nella sala colazione, trovo inaccettabile che non sia presente in una struttura a 4 stelle un seggiolone per bambini, non si tratta di un Izakaya, se le strutture non gradiscono i bambini dovrebbero specificarlo a caratteri cubitali e prendersi le loro dovute responsabilità.

Pros:

Chuveiro forte e gostoso, cama confortável, quarto bom para padrão Japão, serviço ótimo de limpeza e localização excelente.

Cons:

Minha única crítica em relação ao hotel é que a recepção fica “dentro” de um bar. Quando o bar está com pouco movimento, a recepção fica ok, mas em noites que o bar fica mais cheio, fica difícil o acesso a recepção e elevadores do hotel.

Unexpectedly unhelpful

Great location. Clean, modern rooms, of decent size. My second visit to this property.

Cons:

After staying in this hotel last year, I chose to stay here again for its convenience and comfort. Much was the same this visit, except for one thing. On my final day, having already checked out, I left my luggage in the hotel and ventured into the city to wait for my flight later that evening. Caught in a sudden and unexpected downpour, I returned to the hotel soaked through. I assumed I’d be able to grab a towel, change somewhere and throw my clothes in the dryer ( I still had 6 hours to the flight). Apparently I wasn’t allowed to use the dryer, being told it will take 5 hours to dry them. Not so sure on that one, but even if hadn’t been able to get them fully dry, damp clothes are better than soaked ones, and given payment is required for the laundry I don’t see the issue in letting me try.
Really disappointed by this, totally not what I’d expect, either from Japan or from this hotel. Needless to say, I’ll think twice about using this hotel for subsequent visits to Tokyo.
