Comfort in a great location.
Pros:

Location.
Room is thoughtfully equipped with water filter, Japanese electric toilet, fridge, kettle, shoe horn, projector and air freshener. A laundry room and an ironing room.

Cons:

Breakfast by voucher downstairs, not the greatest!

Lovely hotel, good location but breakfast a big letdown

The projector (tv in the room) didn’t work. The app for laundry wasn’t working properly (gave the wrong amount of time left on the timer). The room was very small and strangely configured (I understand that Japan hotel rooms are usually on the smaller size). The beds were put together in an ‘L’ shape so either your heads would be touching or foot and head or feet to feet.
