Pros:

The location was fabulous with easy access to two different train stations Ginza and Hibiya lines. Great food options right outside the door and a 7/11 just a 100m walk away

Pros:

Very good location and staff at reception.

Cons:

Be ready to get disappointed about breakfast. Never experienced a case where kitchen staff wants to charge you for an extra egg.
Remember this is not a really breakfast location. They serve pre decided menu for eggs and served only once, doesn't really worth the money. The variety of the buffet is super limited to some salad. Only the photo I attached.
