Comfortable bed, good air con in the bedroom (but none elsewhere), shower and bathroom very good.
Staff friendly and helpful.
The patio. It was small, dark and dreary, looking straight out onto a wall. Above that a large house, so we were overlooked. Not the vista we were expecting.
But main issues - this site says the property is 1.6km from the centre. It isn’t, it’s 3.9km.
The photos give the impression that a washing machine and dryer are in the apartments. They are only available in some. That should be made clear on the web site.
We were put in a new block, away from the main building. We were surrounded by building work going on - welding, power tools, and general noise going on. Other properties near by were being worked on.
The shutter to the patio door did not go all the way up.
Breakfast was dreadful.

Perfect stay! The room was comfortable and very clean, and the service was outstanding. We felt welcomed from the first moment and truly appreciated the kindness of the hosts. We would gladly stay here again.

Restaurant facilities
My ground floor room opened right onto the restaurant/bar and was noisy while it was open.
The shower water in the bathroom did not drain away properly flooding the bathroom floor and going out into the bedroom area.
On a positive note, the female staff members were very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, their excellent service could not make up for the poor dining experience.
The food was not good. We also ordered dinner and received undercooked potatoes and a chicken pasta dish without any pasta, among other issues. We provided feedback on-site, but the only response we received was “I’m sorry.” No compensation was offered, nor were we given replacement dishes. The breakfast was also of poor quality and did not meet our expectations.
