Pros:

The receptionist was okay... breakfast buffet coffee was nice. Food was just just edible.

Cons:

When I booked, they said that dinner was included, but when I arrived, they told me that I needed to order from the menu and pay extra. So I did. The food was very very poor... Also, the room was small and not clean. Bed is extremely firm. I feel like it would have been softer on the floor if I had more blankets to put. TV didn't work properly. Breakfast buffet very poor too, not many choices.

Disappointing, would probably not stay here again
Pros:

Breakfast was decent, water was hot, elevator was working, they were accommodating for a big group to try to get our rooms next to each other, most staff are nice, area was not too touristy

Cons:

Air conditioning was very often not working, so the room was hot for majority of the day. One of our rooms had no shower curtain, and even the one that did was insufficient as water still got everywhere. In our attempt to clean up the water, we used the provided towels on the floor. However, we were informed upon checkout any significant soiling of the towels was our responsibility and would require us to pay (apparently, the towels cannot be bleached and whatever laundry/housekeeping service they use cannot get certain stains out, meaning such towels have to be replaced). This was not well communicated, and if not for a fellow guest to translate for us, we would have had to pay more than we ended up paying. I appreciate that, through translation, the staff tried to be understanding of our situation, but I am very disappointed by this policy regardless. Even the guest who translated for us had to pay for towels she used to help clean her partner's vomit, which begs the important question -- what is a guest to do when they have significant messes to clean up? Pay for towels?? According to this hotel (and maybe other hotels in Vietnam, to be fair), the correct answer is yes, pay, or call for staff to clean it (though it is unclear if this is something extra to pay for as well). Deeply disappointing experience.

Also, the location is not the best as it is far from District 1 and though it is technically close to the airport, it is still 20-40 min drive from the terminal. However, there are some restaurants, spas, and shopping nearby, which was convenient.

The shower water was lovely and hot and there was a large shower head. Air con worked. Check-in at midnight was friendly and easy and we were upgraded to a room with 2 double beds. The foyer was very decorative and had beautiful wood furniture.

Cons:

The bed was a little too hard for my comfort.

Sự không thiện chí của nhân viên call phone, đích thân tôi gọi điện xác nhận phòng mà nhân viên cứ khăng khăng bắt tôi phải đặt cọc giữ phòng. Trong khi đó, đích thân tôi gọi để xác nhận phòng. Tôi không chịu thì nhân viên hù dọa booking sẽ bị hủy

1. The rooms smelt bad. Really bad.
2. Washroom was leaking. There was a blockage.
3. Unclean towels.
4. Unauthorised license bank fee charged which wasn’t mentioned on the official website. And hotel told us they generally take cash. Even that mode of payment wasn’t mentioned as I had guaranteed my booking via credit card.
5. Unhelpful staff.

Pros:

La struttura è nuovissima e anche la camera standard è dotata di tutti i confort (frigo, phon, aria condizionata, scrivania). La pulizia è ottima e il letto è comodo, cosa non scontata in Vietnam. La colazione a buffet è particolarmente ricca e c’è scelta anche per chi non ama la colazione salata. La posizione è comoda all’aeroporto, raggiungibile in circa mezz’ora con traffico intenso. Qualità-prezzo imbattibile.
