Pros:

員工都很友善，尤其是幫忙操作洗衣機還有外面幫忙檔車讓住客過馬路的員工。

Cons:

可能是低樓層隔音不好，很早就有嘈雜聲，冷氣常常運轉時大時小，也很影響睡眠。

Pros:

Un personnel professionnel et très aimable, toujours à l’écoute. La chambre était correcte et fonctionnelle. L’emplacement est un vrai atout, idéalement situé au cœur de Kuta, proche de tout. Le restaurant propose un large choix de plats, avec une qualité vraiment excellente.

Cons:

Nous avons eu un soucis avec de l’eau qui sortait du sol du a l’humidité et une legere odeur de moisissure dans la chambre.

Beste hotel in Kuta. Vriendelijk personeel en erg behulpzaam. Kamers zijn perfect. Locatie is perfect. Kortom, alles was perfect. We zijn hier al 2 keer geweest en komen zeker weer terug.
