La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale, proprio di fronte alla metro E che porta in aeroporto. Dall’hotel in una quindicina di minuti si arriva a piedi al centro di Porto .

Cons:

Mi aspettavo una pulizia maggiore in verità. La stanza durante il soggiorno non è stata rifatta. Pensavo ci sarebbe stato il cambio degli asciugamani o altro invece nulla.

L’emplacement est parfait: proche métro et idéal pour aller dans la vieille ville et autres quartiers

Cons:

Réservation faite il y a 2 mois, arrivée tôt le matin (ayant prévenu à l’avance), je demande s’il serait possible que la chambre soit prête en début d’après midi au lieu de 16h, réponse non. On m’indique 1er étage, je demande s’il est possible de changer, on me répond que nous ne sommes pas coté rue et qu’il n’y a pas de bruit , la chambre est finalement côté rue et c’est tout de même bruyant. Les murs de la douche ne sont pas très propres. Je demande un fer à repassé ainsi que 2 autres clientes en même temps que moi et on nous repond qu’il n’y a pas de fer à repasser. En résumé, pour une chambre à presque 100€ la nuit mis à part l’emplacement, le prix ne reflète absolument pas la prestation attendue, pas orienté client. Je me serait plutôt crue dans un hôtel « Formule1 » niveau relation client!

- Lokalita výborná. Vše co potřebujete najdete v blízkosti hotelu: metro, supermarket, restaurace, centrum
- Vše bylo čisté
- Personál velmi milý a nápomocný

Určitě zvolíme stejný hotel, pokud se někdy do Porta vrátíme
