かなり満足です！
Pros:

部屋がとても広く和モダンなデザインもおしゃれで、快適でした。スタッフの方々は皆さんとても親切で丁寧でした。

Cons:

部屋に歯ブラシが置いておらず、ロビーまで下がって置いてあるものを取りに行かなければなりませんでした。また、チェックアウトの11時より前の10時過ぎ頃から清掃の音が聞こえたのが少し残念でした。

駐車場が中々見つからず電話したらとても丁寧に見つかるまで電話切らずに案内してくださったのがとても嬉しかったです
ねぎらいの言葉もかけてくださりほんとうに
ホットした事忘れませんありがとうございました　金沢へ行く時はまた予約します

場所がナビでさしたのですが入り口が中々見つからず大変でした
フロントでの説明ですが初めての人にはアメニティやWi-Fi地図のことなど教えてくださると助かります
OMOレンジャーに聞きたくても忙しそうで中々聞けませんでした

金沢の片町近くで夜も買い物に行けて楽しかった

大満足！
Pros:

初めての星野リゾート宿泊。OMOがどんなスタイルのホテルかよく知らずに、星野にしてはリーズナブルと思い、過度な期待はせずに伺いました。スタッフの方々はとてもフレンドリーで丁寧。金沢らしさを伝えてくれるインテリアや利き茶の体験。また21世紀美術館や兼六園、金沢城も歩いて行け、飲食店が多く栄えている片町という立地がとても良かった。
朝食も予め予約時間を設定してくれ、スムーズに食べられたしビュッフェではなく4種類から選べるのも良かった。金沢棒茶の出汁茶漬けのセットにしましたが、ちょうどお腹いっぱいになる量で彩りも良く、美味しかった。
booking.comでの予約特典でカフェで頂けるウェルカムドリンク（地ビールもあり）や金沢棒茶のお土産もお得感があり、とても良かったです。

Cons:

3人で利用したため、お部屋が狭く感じました。1人はソファーベットになるのですが、ちょっと腰が痛くなったので…
また、洗面台の鏡でメイクをするには距離が遠く、入口付近の姿見は照明が当たらず暗く、3人で右往左往しました。朝風呂をしたのでお風呂の鏡は使う気になれず。もう1カ所だけ壁に鏡があると良かった。
