Überteuertes Hotel ohne wirkliches Angebot und sehr fragliches Verständnis von Sauberkeit.
Pros:

Ganz nett gestaltet allerdings ein Witz für den Preis.

Cons:

Service und Anpassungsfähigkeit des Personals gleich null. Hotel insgesamt weit nicht das Geld wert. Frühstücksbuffet mit ca 150 Leuten geteilt die einem Reisebus entstiegen sind. Seifenspender im Zimmer praktisch leer bei Ankunft und wurden auch während des Aufenthalts nicht befüllt. Hygiene des Zimmers bestenfalls mittelmäßig. Ansprache durch das Personal unfreundlich und unprofessionell. Alles in allem nie wieder, nicht mal von der Ferne.

It's a great location. Breakfast is very good. Underground parking is good.

Cons:

The roof top bar is constantly booked for private events. They took 22 EUR for cleaning a shirt. The fitness and the spa are very limited. There is no wardrobe that can be closed in the room.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel mit toller Lage.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super, es gab eine große Auswahl und es war für jeden Etwas dabei.

Cons:

nicht ausreichend Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage vorhanden, wenn Festspielzeit ist im Sommer :o(

Der Blick auf das Schloss und den Ort ist durch nichts zu toppen.

Das gesamte Hotel war einfach super. Ichwürde sechs Sterne geben, wenn es ginge.

Sehr schönes neues Hotel, reichhaltiges Frühstück, ansprechendes Design, sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende

Cons:

Im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Unterkünften mit gleicher Leistung doch etwas teuer. Leider war die Rooftop Bar geschlossen wegen einer privaten Veranstaltung .

Die Lage ist perfekt.Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und es fehlt nichts. Auch am Abend ist das Essen empfehlenswert.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Pros:

Maximale Freundlichkeit vom gesamten Hotelpersonal! Außergewöhnlich aufmerksam, da sie mir aufgrund meiner Standardfrage nach Dusche mit Handgriffen sofort die Möglichkeit für ein behinderten gerechtes Zimmer angeboten haben.
