Wrist bands are distributed based on the number of guests per booking. Wrist bands for additional guests can be purchased at the property for USD 30 each.
Damage deposit of 250 Dlls cash is required at arrival during March 4th to April 15. No free parking during March and April. Parking permit is limited to ONE SPOT per room reserved.
Free parking will not be available during the month of March and April. Between the dates of March 5-21 and April 3-11 a wristband fee of $25 per person per night and parking fee of $25 per stay per vehicle will be applicable.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Arrived in the afternoon was there for about 2 hours ,my wife wasn't too pleased with the room. Too smelly with the Fabuloso cleaner that was used TV wasn't working ,had to get office attendant to come fix the TV worst thing I tried to cancel the reservation but was told that I couldn't.my mistake for not reading the fine print on form.checked out after hearing nothing but dislikes from my wife
Didn't like fact that I couldn't cancel our reservation 1 day earlier. Did manage to get my 100 dollar deposit real quick.
La vista, el trato de los trabajadores. Estaba muy limpio cuando nos entregaron la habitación. Las camas cómodas. Un lugar tranquilo para descansar totalmente familiar.
El aire estuvo tirando agua constantemente, lo revisaron y según lo repararon Pero siguió tirando agua.
Que no hubiera cafetera
Hay detalles por los que se ve que el hotel ya es lago viejo, el seguro de la puerta del baño no funcionaba, el inodoro se movía un poco, el refri no tenía sus compartimentos.
Pero aún así nuestra estancia fue muy buena.
Si mejoran esos detalles sería un 10/10
I loved it I just stayed one night wish I could’ve stayed long but loved the Jacuzzi in the room
The room was spacious which I loved and it was in a good location.
The check in was late. I believe 3:00 pm is a good timing but check in was 4:00 pm and even at that we arrived at 4:30 pm and our room was not cleaned. I believe that the price we paid should’ve been with good shampoo/conditioner since we were 4 people staying and the ones at the room were tiny bottles for 1 person. Towels were not so great as we only had 2. I think the owner should improve in that and there was no breakfast included.
I did not like anything about the property, there was several spots with mold in the room and full of bugs and cockroaches.
The location was too far from everything and it was overpriced for the room

The beds weren’t that comfortable, the wall outlets are loose. My phone charger kept falling out.
The stuff were very Nice people.They attend You very Nice.
That the vending machine of the cokes don't accept quarters.
