Nice location if you were looking for the financial district
Pros:

The location was exactly where we needed to be

Cons:

We were on the 10th floor and the elevator made it sound like there was a train rumbling through the hotel all night long. Had to ask for earplugs from the front desk.

Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful throughout my stay. Although they were unable to transfer the points I earned from this reservation to my IHG account, they were still helpful in assisting me with other requests and making sure I had what I needed. They also provided the missing supplies and did their best to accommodate me. Overall, I appreciated their friendly attitude and willingness to help.

Cons:

The housekeeping not happend everyday , I had to ask for towels and such.

Cons:

Unas obras en la calle impidieron dormir la última noche. Tras quejarnos en recepción nos concedieron ocupar la habitación hasta tres horas después del check-out.

Pros:

Dit hotel had alleen maar pluspunten:
- uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding
- zeer goede ligging op wandelafstand dichtbij veel downtown bezienswaardigheden en de metro
- zicht op Trinity church
- best wel ruime kamers en de beste hotelbedden die wij ooit hebben gehad ( en dat zijn er veel). Alsof we op een wolk sliepen.
- vriendelijk en behulpzaam front desk-personeel
- goede geluidsisolatie al voelde je wel de trillingen van de metro
- een koelkast die je effectief kunt gebruiken.

Cons:

Niets. Dit wordt onze vaste waarde in NYC.

Pros:

Perfect location just around One WTC! The room is quite small for 4 (we had one with two Queen size beds ) but absolutely ok for Manhattan!

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was some misunderstandings regarding our breakfast. We had a booking for 4 including breakfast. However the hotel issued us an bauchet only for two. They made the correction after we complained. however the hotel should clearing with breakfast staff what exactly is included to the voucher. At the end they aged us to pay for juice despite the fact that at the beginning we were told one juice and one hot drink like coffee per person are included.

Muy bien ubicado. Desayuno de lo mejor atendido amablemente por Nicole .
Bailey de front desk es impecable, me ayudó mucho con un inconveniente que tuve. Ascensores rápidos y sin espera. Limpieza perfecta.

Pros:

I really recommend this hotel, firstly because of its clean and reasonably spacious rooms. The rooms also include bathrooms with spacious showers.
Secondly, the breakfast is very generous and tasty.
Last but not least, its location allows you to visit Lower Manhattan on foot, and it’s also very easy to reach all the must-visit places in Manhattan.
If you have any kind of problem, you can always ask the kind and helpful receptionists for assistance.

We couldn't modify the a/c power.
