Pros:

Wir haben dort nicht zu Abend gegessen und können nichts über die Qualität des Essens sagen, aber die Location des Restaurants in den Trullis ist schön

Es ist etwas befremdlich, dass es 27 Baderegeln für den Pool gibt. Beim Frühstück gab es Plastikschüsseln und Plastikgläser - von einem 4 Sterne Haus würde man richtiges Geschirr erwarten. Der Boden im Badezimmer ist extrem rutschig. Eine Person aus unserer Gruppe ist ausgerutscht und hat sich beim Sturz stark an der Hand verletzt. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war auf eine Baustelle im Hinterhof. Fernseher hat nur funktioniert wenn man mit der Fernbedienung direkt davor stand

Cons:

Le port de bonnet a la piscine (trop petit en taille unique à l'achat à la reception )
Le manque de precision sur le menu du restaurant quant aux antipastis pour 2...
Les plats de pâtes soit trop salés soit sans goût...

Valle d'Itria, luogo meraviglioso.
Pros:

Ottimo soggiorno presso una struttura immersa nel verde, a poca distanza da Martina Franca ed i trulli di Alberobello. Colazione variegata e di qualità. Personale molto professionale e cortese, sempre pronto ad aiutare in caso di richieste. Facilità di parcheggio interno alla struttura
Sicuramente un posto dove tornare.

The rooms was very clean daily

Cons:

Swim pool is not heated so we could not used, even that was 30 degrees water was super cool was a shame. I did requested reception for a tour recommendation they took 2 full days to reply with by then i already did found something myself. Breakfast lacks variety of bread been in Italy was very poor, salame session too was not great and is all easy local
Products to source with a huge shame, as variety was not big.

Pros:

Cet Hôtel est isolé en pleine campagne, il faut donc une voiture pour y aller. Sinon le lieu est très agréable et le standing au top. De très belles chambres, meublées avec bon goût, tout était impeccable. Le personnel acceuillant. Il y une immense piscine. Le resto de l'hôtel est très bon, vous y mangerez dans un cadre exceptionnel (une suite de trulli). Le petit-déjeuner était tres bien aussi. En résumé un rapport qualité/prix incroyable et bien sur pas de problème pour garer la voiture

Evidemment c'est isolé mais les gros points d'attrait touristiques du coin sont pas loin en voiture

El hotel es precioso, todo el personal muy eficaces y siempre con una sonrisa, las habitaciones amplias, bonitas y muy limpias. El Restaurante muy bueno todo y cenas dentro de un Trulli muy bonito, todo perfecto 👌 gracias
