Centrally located hotel situated in a beautifully restored mansion
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel in a great location. Staff went out their way to locate a store that stocked a needed medical device.

Pros:

Good location, nice rooms. Extra bonus-points for their professional lugagge storage system. They also ask you to fill-in a questionary before check-in to in order to mention your accomodation preferences.

Cons:

The only thing we could mention is that we were asked if we need anything before our arrival so we mentioned some sandwiches / snacks / anything similar as we arrived by mid-night. They said there's no room service and provided no alternative option.

Unterm Dach mit der Fensterschräge war sehr gemütlich.

Ligarem me da recepção as 11.50 a dizer que tinha de sair do quarto às 12 para fazerem check out,não achei uma atitude correcta e deselegante!tb não gostei do alarme de incêndio ter disparado as 5.50 da manhã e não haver uma palavra da recepção a dar explicações do sucessido.

La apariencia del hotel parece de lujo pero no lo es.
Pros:

La ubicación y la zona de recepción. Todos los recepcionistas que tratamos fueron súper educados y muy amables. Queríamos dejar el equipaje porque llegamos pronto y nos dieron muchas facilidades.

Cons:

Al ver la recepción te imaginas que las habitaciones serían acordes, pero el estilo de la habitación tiene nada que ver con el hotel. Las habitaciones muy pequeñas, sin sitio para las maletas y con una ventana muy pequeña con vistas a otras habitaciones. Los pasillos muy pequeños con escalones entre medio que para ir con las maletas no es muy cómodo, me recordaban a los hoteles tipo ibis. El hotel aparenta una cosa que no es.

Good location for airport but only for a one night stay. Nothing memorable.
Pros:

Location was ok for airport.
Restaurant facility was good.
Room was comfortable.

Cons:

Cost of shuttle bus to and from airport and hotel staff did not make this readily available information either when asking about the shuttle bus or via booking.com.
There were limited extras in room ie. no tissues, no fresh water.
The hotel was very expensive for what you received which was a very basic room.
