Pros:

Staff were superb, especially Sultan on reception. He was extremely helpful and polite doing all he could to make our visit easy and enjoyable. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

We have quite high standards when it comes to coffee and while they did their best, using long life milk spoils the taste. Get FRESH !

Mysigt hotel. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Fina och välstädade rum med fräscht badrum och sköna sängar. Bra utbud på frukost med frukt, bröd, yoggi, pålägg mm. Fanns även en meny med 5 olika rätter att välja på som ex omelett. Bredvid receptionen har de en trevlig liten vinbar. Hotellet har perfekt läge i Prag endast ett par minuter från Karlsbron på en lite lugnare gata. Så glad vi hittade denna pärla.

Habitaciones cómodas y buena ubicación
Pros:

El hotel tenía una ubicación perfecta. Estaba prácticamente al lado del puente de Carlos y en unos minutos estabas en la ciudad vieja. Estaba en un barrio con muchos restaurantes, bares y tiendas. En a penas 15 mins caminando estabas en el castillo.
El desayuno era muy completo; podíamos elegir entre varios platos calientes que nos hacían al momento y gran variedad de cosas en el buffet libre (cafés, te, fruta, bollería, embutidos, zumos...).
La habitación era amplia, especialmente el baño y todo estaba limpio. Había varios detalles como zapatillas de estar por casa, geles para el baño... La habitación tenía aire acondicionado. La cama era muy cómoda. La gente de recepción y los que servían el desayuno fueron muy amables. El último día pudimos dejar nuestras mochilas en el hotel sin problema hasta la hora de irnos al aeropuerto.

Cons:

En un primer momento nos alojaron en una habitación de la planta baja pero se oía un ruido continuo como de una "máquina" que no paró de vibrar en toda la noche. Se lo comentamos al chico de recepción y nos cambió de inmediato a otra habitación libre sin ningún problema, lo cual agradecimos y ya pudimos dormir tranquilamente.

Fijn verblijf
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, nette en ruime kamer, lekker ontbijt.

Cons:

Locatie is vrij gehorig en voor op straat is het druk vanwege de wijnbar. Wij hadden kamers aan de achterkant en dat ging goed.

Pros:

L'hotel è molto carino e caratteristico perché è all'interno di una corte.
La posizione è ottima a soli due passi dal Ponte Carlo e la zona circostante è tutta pedonale.
Lo staff è stato gentile e cordiale, la prima colazione ottima, c'è anche la possibilità di ordinare al momento.
