Too much ants 🐜 in the apartment, it's get inside the food and kids milk
The food is a bit highly priced (over priced)
The room was very spacious and tidy. we loved the amenities included in our stay. the room has a washing machine also which is very convenient. another highlight would be the balcony with the plunge pool and bean bag. the balcony is a good spot to wind down and just chill. the view is amazing.
the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.

W restauracji dania śniadaniowe są do wyboru w menu w małych rozmiarach (granola podawana jest jako jogurt z granolą bez owoców jak w innych hotelach gorszej klasy)
W okolicy są o wiele lepsze hotele za połowę tej ceny

We recently visited Crystal Sand Villas to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday, and our experience was truly wonderful from start to finish.
Everything was excellent — the stay, service, cleanliness, security, and overall safety standards were highly impressive. The entire team made our family feel comfortable and genuinely cared for throughout our stay.
A special appreciation to the reception staff — Deepani, Sajith, Ravindu, and Vihaga — for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and helpful attitude at all times.
The housekeeping team — Shammi, Prabath, Shalika, and Iresha — were extremely polite, attentive, and very accommodating, ensuring our stay remained comfortable and pleasant every day.
The food quality was excellent and beautifully prepared. One suggestion for further improvement would be to include more vegetarian options in the menu. Additionally, the breakfast spread could be made more extensive with a wider variety of choices.
The only area that needs reconsideration is the pricing. The overall cost felt on the higher side, especially because the taxes applied were quite substantial — not only on the rooms but also on the food and dining bills. A more balanced pricing structure would further enhance the guest experience and overall value for money.
Overall, it was a fantastic family experience, and we would certainly love to visit again. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful, safe, and well-managed beachfront stay in Hikkaduwa.

Great location right on the beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. Lovely pool on the balcony. Kitchen and bathroom stocked with essentials . Staff were very friendly and helpful. Amazing infinity pool.
Nothing
I like hotels where everything is how it should be, and the staff are not hanging around or intrusive but are fast and responsive when something is needed. It was just that. Excellent setting, facilities, and staff. The food was very good. Snacks are overpriced, but the rest of the menu was great.
Only one glitch. The cocktails we ordered had no alcohol in it, but they rectified it when flagged to the manager.
It is one of the best properties in Sri Lanka for stay. The property gives you numerous facilities and the staff is very polite and humble.
The location is perfect if you love sea views. The elevated sky villas right next to the ocean give the whole stay a different feel. The plunge pool and spacious balcony with the elegant setup made it a great place to relax and enjoy the holiday.
What I liked most was that it felt like staying in our own private apartment, but with the comfort and service of a hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay.
The food options were a bit limited, but everything we tried was delicious and nicely presented.
Overall, it was a lovely family getaway and we really enjoyed our time there.
