Pros:

The black silica rock onsen was divine! Best onsen I tried in Tokyo so far. The location of the hotel is great being in a beautiful scenic walkable area in Narita that you can’t get enough of how beautiful it is. The luxuriousness and the level of service were amazing. The staff were friendly welcoming caring and professional. I loved the Yukata they have in the hotel rooms. The standard hotel room is so spacious and well designed and decorated, it was very comfortable to stay in. Thank you so much,

The breakfast was Japanese inspired. Amazing and worth the experience, rather than a western style breakfast. Location is in the beautiful streets of Narita.

Comfy bed, cozy room and great facilities.
Staff were very welcoming and helpful with luggage after a long flight.

Cons:

There is no staff available in the dead of night, not something to worry about but just a note.

Great stay either going to or coming from Narita
Pros:

Food was great - solid delivery of very nice traditional meals, without being stuffy. They were able to provide an excellent Yuktata for me, I am a very tall, (nearly 2 meters) and this was the first time that the provided yukata in a Japanese stay was well fitting. Amazing service.

Absolut fantastisches japanisches Frühstück; Kimonos, Schlafanzüge etc. werden vom Hotel gestellt. Der Tempelbezirk Narita-san ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt
