Pros:

Great hotel to stay close to the airport while shopping and seeing gardens and temples. Restaurants and bars line the street giving it a very nice end to a trip

Wonderful ryokan experience
Pros:

The staff was so nice and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that the yukata's provided fit our children. They followed-up with us on questions that we had about the room. The complimentary minibar in the room we stayed was an unexpected treat. I used the onsen and it was wonderful. We chose to stay here our last night in Japan and it was a wonderful way to end our trip.

Room was great; the rest of the hotel experience was poor. The staff was helpful in other aspects.
Pros:

The room was quite nice, clean and comfortable. The best part of my stay.

Cons:

The non-existence of a lobby. When I arrived early for check-in and after a long trip, there was no where to sit and relax for a moment. The staff after checking me in told me I could come back at three to get in the room ; looking at me and expecting me to leave the premises until that time.

Pros:

The black silica rock onsen was divine! Best onsen I tried in Tokyo so far. The location of the hotel is great being in a beautiful scenic walkable area in Narita that you can’t get enough of how beautiful it is. The luxuriousness and the level of service were amazing. The staff were friendly welcoming caring and professional. I loved the Yukata they have in the hotel rooms. The standard hotel room is so spacious and well designed and decorated, it was very comfortable to stay in. Thank you so much,
