Overall experience
Sheets were not high quality for 5 star
Stylish hotel, very comfortable, well equipped rooms. Excellent breakfast, excellent service, excellent location.
Excellent stay wonderful staff and outstanding service
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist.
The food was excellent, and the service in the dining room was truly outstanding. We were especially impressed by how helpful and attentive the staff were with our baby. They helped us prepare food for him to take with us for the rest of the day and were extremely professional, kind, and accommodating. The food was delicious and of great quality.
The hotel is in an excellent location. Although the parking area across from the hotel is often full, we were always able to find a parking spot, and there are additional parking options within walking distance if needed.
We booked a larger room and were very happy with it. It was spacious, comfortable, and worked very well for us with a baby.
Suggestions for improvement:
Personally, I think the gym could use a little improvement. I would love to see a few more weights, some additional equipment, and perhaps a Smith machine for strength training. Of course, this is just my personal preference and suggestion.
I would also recommend checking the minibar more frequently. We found some drinks that were past their expiration date, so it would be good to make sure the minibar is checked regularly.
No parking 🥺
