Everything was great; room, price, people.
The gym needs to increase in size a bit
Nothing.
Worst Radisson experience ever. The room: bathroom with shower issues. The spa: non-existant, I was taken down to the massage room on a shady hallway to -1 floor. The massage room is a room. The massage lady was late, changed clothes there. Durin my massage, 2 staff members were shouting and yelling in the room next door. The breakfast: poor, dusty recipients, etc. The bar: staff spending quality time on the couches. The reception: no solution to my claims. Parking: none.

Helpful and friendly staff. Ideal location to walk around the historic old town.
The hotel staff are excellent polite and very helpful the food was good room and bed comfortable
The hotel does not have a dedicated bay to offload passengers and cars offloading are on the Main Street in dangerous spot. No dedicated parking for guest

This was our first visit to Brasov and we were generally satisfied with the hotel.
Positives:
- It is extremely conviniently located near the old town center.
- good breakfast, although the restaurant tends to be crowded at times
- nice room (premium with balcony and city view)
- cool rooftop bar and pool
not so positive:
- our bathroom was much too small for 2 people
- the "city view" is more of a "backyards view"
- we were greeted as Radisson Premium members and "generously" awarded an "upgrade" to the exact room category we booked and paid for. This is unprofessional and makes us feel like we were held for stupid
- the bill was charged to my cc before we had a chance to check it
- rooftop was closed on our departure day for a private event, which did not affect us directly but is generally a nuisance for all other, not "event related, guests
