Cute and great location for good value.
Pros:

Great location in the city and lots of great pubs and food venues. We were there during music festival which was a bonus! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Lift was out of order and on 3rd floor. Due to festival especially noisy with limited ventilation.

all in all a great place to stay but not if you have a bad back on the bed we had.

Belfast Warren quarter
Pros:

Great location in cathedral quarter. Lots of nice restaurants, cafes around . Less than 20min walk to the train station.
Room was very clean , compact everything you need. Bonus of air conditioning. Quiet at night stayed during a busy time. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Place to store luggage. Good communication before stay. Great value for money

Cons:

Very little. Rooms were compact, perfect for short stay.
