Fairly good position in Belfast and easy to get to the airport
The bed was a little too small and it was very noisy at night time
The location was convenient and the bed although it was a small double it was very comfortable.
It’s very basic and appears outdated. There was a dog barking constantly in a room on our floor and upon arrival we had issues with accessing our keys with the self check in service.

Nothing, was perfect.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
On two separate occasions before checking in, I was told that I could check in early for free from 12pm. When I arrived, I was suddenly told that I would have to pay. The receptionist repeatedly told me that what I had been told previously was incorrect, despite me having written proof of the information I had been given.
After a lot of unnecessary back and forth, they eventually agreed to let me check in for free
, but only from 1pm. This completely disrupted the plans I had made for the day and was incredibly frustrating.
To make matters worse, the room was tiny and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, making me wake up with the worst back pain! For the price we paid, I expected a much better standard. The whole experience was disappointing from start to finish, and I absolutely would not stay here again. There are much better options for the money.
