Great spot
Pros:

Location was perfect in between the cathedrals. Just a block from the e-bike rental. Convenience store next door, and amazing bagel cafe down the road. Lobby has a button to call over taxis within 5m.

Room was trendy and cozy. Love the air con!

Clean, comfortable, spacious and central
Pros:

Very clean and central, welcoming staff and for hot weather room was very well air conditioned. Very spacious and all facilities available.

Cons:

No complaints, we didn't not try the breakfast so I am unable to comment on that.

Cons:

Unhelpful management to a regular customer and rude staff...Bad sewage smell in room and corridors which was there last month..Bad noise in corridors and people rapping door in middle of the night I will never return

Staff were excellent
Pros:

Outside space on first floor, as a smoker, the space was catered for smokers, we asked for another chair and got it straight away, the staff were excellent, very friendly

Cons:

The room was very basic, no units for clothes etc, the bed was comfy but the bedding had stains on, bathroom wasn’t really clean, floor was quite dusty, breakfast was very basic but set out well, looked tired in some parts of the room
