Location was perfect. This is a lovely boutique hotel with pleasant staff and stylish decor.
The air-conditioning could have worked better. Our room was in the far back of the hotel. Would have been nicer if it were closer to the main areas.

There were tea bags in the room, but no coffee or milk. We bought milk but it went off in the fridge as it was not very cold.
Beautiful small boutique hotel with great design and friendly staff. The spaces are impeccably clean, and it feels like an urban bed & breakfast, with a nice large lobby. I would definitely recommend it for its central Florence location and homey feel.

It was quite noisy from our bedroom - had to sleep with ear buds because the doors had virtually no acoustic barrier.

We stayed here for three night for Pitti Uomo 110. It was in a great location for easy access from the train station (we walked) and Fortezza De Basso where the fair was on at. The restaurants in the vicinity were great and we would recommend this hotel.
