No parece un 4 estrellas
Pros:

Parquing debajo del edificio. El personal es muy amable. Era nuestro 20 aniversario de boda y lo comuniqué antes de mi llegada. En la habitación había 2 pequeñas cajitas con dulces. No me gustó la habitación asignada 418 porque el baño era extremadamente pequeño. Solicité el cambio y me asignaron otra con un baño mas amplio. Me dijeron que me habian dado la primera porque pedí vista montaña. Todas estas habitaciones vista "montaña" dan a la estación del tren. La verdadera vista es a las vias del tren, las montañas se ven a lo lejos. Es ideal para los que van en tren, ya que está al lado mismo de la estación. Nosotros fuimos con nuestro coche y no se puede acceder a la puerta del hotel con coche ni para descargar las maletas, ya que está en una zona peatonal. Hay que entrar en el parquing que cuesta 20 CHF. A nosotros nos vino muy bien, pero quizás no a otros clientes. Desayuno aceptable . Café capsulas Nespresso ok. Camas cómodas.

Cons:

Lo mas desagradable fue que te bloquean la tarjeta de crédito con CHF 50 por el minibar, eso nos dijeron. Ya les comuniqué que es algo de muy mal gusto de poca confianza con el cliente, para mi impresentable. Viajo muchísimo y es la primera vez que me lo hacen, tanto en Suiza como en España u otros paises que he estado.
Las habitaciones son pequeñas, los 22 m2 que dicen que tienen, a mi no me lo pareció. Hay poco espacio.
No ponen agua de cortesia en la habitación. Moqueta en las habitaciones y pasillos que a mi me desagrada mucho, lo encuentro poco higiénico. Está indicado en Booking, pero no me di cuenta.
Lo que no nos gustó del desayuno es que no hubiera huevos fritos ni tortillas. Bolleria muy escasa, croissants que parecian de supermercado y no los acabamos de comer ya que no nos gustaron. Embutidos de calidad mediocre y la mayoria ahumados.
No parece un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Une bonne nuit en famille !
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse, bien décorée et équipée. La literie impeccable ainsi que la propreté. L'emplacement est idéal, proche de la gare mais sans bruit et proche des centres commerciaux. Petit déjeuner très bon avec des produits locaux même si un peu cher.

Fijn , vriendelijk ontvangst. Meteen assistentie verleend bij het zoeken naar echte Zwitserse restaurant.
Verrassend grote kamer met een zeer comfortabel bed. Uitstekende geluidsisolatie- je hoort niet dat je pal naast het station slaapt. Je kunt de kamer ook pikkedonker maken en goed uitrusten.

Je loopt zo het centrum van het dorp in en kan eindeloos wandelen door verschillende straten, ook buiten het dorp.

Een goed verzorgd ontbijtje, genoeg plek om te zitten. Heerlijk rustige gasten.

Cons:

If the weather becomes hot the AC is not like what we know or expected, it’s different from our country also it’s noisy when the windows opened because it is near to the train station & bus stop station. No bottles of waters are available.
