Mala experiencia

Lo único que no estaba mal era la ubicación...que estaba a unos 15 minutos andando del centro

Cons:

Todo ..cuando llegamos no se podía abrir la puerta ..a las 4 de la tarde a casi 40 grados nos tiramos dos horas para entrar y porque llegaron otros huéspedes que tampoco podían entrar.....y por fin entramos y la habitación estaba fuera ...el colchón incómodo y ruidoso...en fin ..no volveré nunca...

Quelle déception consommé chez Hôtel AYZ Silvela place Francisco Silvela 2, Malaga !!!

Hôtel sans personnel.

Chambre 13 situé au rez-de-chaussée juste en face de la cours intérieur non entretenue. Porte donnant à la cours intérieur condamnée. Mais les petits insectes passent de la cours intérieur vers la chambre : par exemple des petits araignées (🕷) . J'ai détruit deux araignées qui tissaient leurs pièges sous la petite table installée dans la chambre.
J'ai aussi vu de petits insectes noirs impossibles à saisir.

En outre, Équipe Hôtel AYZ Silvela m'a envoyé des photos pour prouver la propreté de la chambre mais a éviter d'indiquer qu'il existe déjà des tâches ici et là sur les murs de la chambre.
A mon arrivée, j'ai fait photos des zones avec tâches . J'ai envoyé par lettre e-mail ces remarques à Équipe Hôtel AYZ Silvela pour que le contrôle suivant n'ose pas endosser ces tâches à mon séjour.
NB: Hôtel AYZ Silvela doit relever aussi les anomalies déjà existantes dans ses chambres lors de la remise et reprise à l'instar du processus de location des voitures. Ceci calme le nouveau occupant de la chambre.
