Convenient, practical and good value. And the receptionist was very nice. Wouldn't mind returning.
Pros:

The really really good thing was the hotel's proximity to the Line 1 and Line 3 subway stations, the latter enabling a direct connection from ATH Airport to Piraeus Station, then a three-minute walk to the Port Square Hotel. A taxi to the cruise terminal was only 8 Euros for a 3km ride.

Cons:

Hotel room 402 was slightly run-down but served its purpose for a one-nighter.

Perfect for the ferry
Pros:

Coming from the island ferry it was so quick to get to. Left out of the port gate, approximately 300m up the wide, dual carriage boulevard, across it at the traffic lights and there is a big square with the big metro station. The hotel is on the opposite side of the square. So easy to find, even in the dark.

Literally across the street from the metro. Great on site restaraunt, as well as several others close by. Had a city view room with balcony. Comfortable bed, beware of very slippery tile floor inside of the shower, had to lay down a small towel on the floor so I did not slip and fall. Otherwise worth the 3 day stay for the cost!

Cons:

Very slippery shower tile floor. If you like a face cloth will showering, bring one.

Convenient and clean hotel close to the ferries
Pros:

Very good location for taking the ferry to the islands. Room was clean and bed comfy. Friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Cons:

Would have liked a chair at balcony. Can’t really recommend the breakfast box for vegans. Next time I would book without breakfast if I have to leave before they start serving breakfast. The lifts were slow and often I had to wait. I would book a room closer to ground floor next time so I can avoid the lift.
