From Luzern Train Station:
- take bus 6 or 8 direction Verkehrshaus
- get off at the Dietschiberg stop
- proceed on foot for 262 feet and you will find Villa Maria on your right-hand side

Please note that if you want to rent bicycles it is advisable to make a reservation prior to arrival. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation.

Wish we stayed longer. It’s the perfect slowdown, relaxing respite needed on an Italian vacation.
Pros:

Beautiful resort and grounds. Spa was wonderful. Views for days. Make sure to book a treatment. Stay longer if you’re able to. You won’t regret it. Perfect spot for day trips to Panzano & Radda.

Cons:

The bugs, but you’re out in the countryside so there’s not much to be done about them. Bring some repellent.

Pros:

Very nice bathroom, shower was great

Cons:

Had to go through the bedroom to get to the other bedroom and bathroom. Also out of the way but it’s on the cheaper side so it wasn’t too bad. The walk into the town is very nice and shaded for the most part.

Pros:

Coffee machine and products were great. Self service (never saw a human...guest or staff) was strange but works.

Cons:

Had to call twice to arrange a parking pass, and there is no easy way to get to the lot via driving. Should find a way to either include the pass in the room upon arrival or deliver it.

Henkilökunta avuliasta ja ystävällistä.

Cons:

Huone tolkuttoman kuuma, varsinaista ilmastointia ei ole. Ilmastointi on korvattu jäähdyttimellä, joka on todella kovaääninen. Yöt jäivät lähes unettomiksi.

Pros:

Odlična lokacija, odmah ispred busna stanica za 5 minuta busom u centru Luzerna.
Jasne upute za check in, iako nisam imala vremena da proučim i mislila sam da je gnjavaža zapravo je postupak jednostavan i brz.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden wiederkommen. Die zentrale Lage hat mehr Vorteile( kurze Wege) als Nachteile (
Pros:

Die Lage direkt an der Uferpromenade. Kurze Wege in die Stadt, zum See und in die Berge.
Sehr sauberes und großes Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Parkmöglichkeiten umständlich und teuer.
Tagsüber laut wegen Hauptstraße und Eisenbahn.

Pros:

The hotel is not so far from the center (around 15-20 min by walk with a nice view). There is a nice Transport Museum nearby. The room is simple, but very clean. A good quality for a reasonable price.

Cons:

The room was not as pictured, at all. The AC was a ground unit with a pipe out the window. You can hear every step outside and inside other rooms. There is no staff to speak to anyone onsite. The door code was clearly never changed as the door code numbers are completely worn off on the key pad. One of our family members had an allergic reaction to something in the room right away. We could not stay here. I had to message the staff and was told sorry no refunds. It was a complete waste of money. You also must be capable of carrying your luggage up multiple flights of stairs.

Pros:

Die Lage, ÖV und Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür! ÖV ist mit Gästekarte inklusive! Kleine Snacks, Obst, warme und kalte Getränke ebenfalls!!! Ein sehr sauberes, modernes Bad mit großem Fenster! Klima im Zimmer! Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal und das Frühstück gibt es im superschönen Schwesterhotel!

Cons:

Wenn man sich beim Buchen die Lage des Hauses anschaut und es eher ruhiger möchte, sollte man ein etwas teueres Zimmer zur Seeseite nehmen!!! Das Haus steht direkt an der Straße und an der Zuglinie! Das ist keine Kritik, nur ein Hinweis!
